Same here, just a BS story wanting my money.

Same as above, rude caller, acting like someone's BFF, but wants to speak to the "president." Nope.

GAVIN asking for our president, says someone wants to buy our company. He said all this on the voice mail

Received a call from Mark Wandry who said he was calling from GE Capital on behalf of his client, GenNx. GenNx was "interested in a partnership" and Mark wanted to speak with the President, who he called by name. I looked up the phone number and realized that gentleman was calling from Dinan Company not GE Capital. Caller's name is listed on website of Dinan Company. Then looked here and found that it really is a sales call.

I also received a call from "Andy Patterson" with Dinan wanting to speak with our CEO and he asked for her by name. She of course would not take the call and when I asked Andy what the call was regarding, he simply said Partnership... annoying!

This company has called a few times. It's the same thing every time-they want to talk to the COB or CEO, but they don't understand that these people are very busy and don't take calls from people they don't know. I let him know that, and he left a voicemail. The comments above say that this company wants to buy other companies, and I know that will never happen with the company I work for. The executives have built this company from the ground up and have been here since the beginning. They have worked too hard to make it what it is to go and sell it to someone else. My only problem is when companies like this expect to just be able to talk to the CEO or COB, as if these people have nothing better to do. It seems like a lot to assume.

"Chase" from "Dinan & Company" left a voice mail in an inbox that is not intended to receive calls relating to his proposed subject matter. He claimed that the message was for someone and called them only by their first name. He stated that he wanted to "Get in front of you again, regarding our previous conversations for financing." There were no previous conversations, and financing from an unsolicited source is not pertinent to my operation.

A Joe Scalia called today Jan 14/13 claiming the same thing ZS Fund has a Private Equity company interest in a "strategic partnership" with our company
ADMIN 2013-01-14 19:29:07 Unknown
Andy Patterson called for the president of our company stating he was interested in a partnership. This was definitely a solicitation. He stated he wasn't trying to sell anything but our president didn't request any information from him. So you do the math.

They just called my company as well. Said they had two company's interested in purchasing my company. Even named a CEO Chad Sumner (who I can't locate anywhere)
pushy 2012-01-10 18:23:46 Unknown
Well that's they want you to do, right? Look them up, see what theyre about. I know exactly what they're (YOU) are calling about. And they will never take no for an answer. I will even let the executives know when certain companies harass us, so that they know what kind of business practices DINAN AND COMPANY have... which are PREDATORY, ABUSIVE AND NOT THE TYPE OF COMPANY WE WOULD HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH.

"Chase" from Dinan called asking for our business manager by name. I offered to take a message, so he left his number (602-248-8700) and said he would also shoot our business manager an email and that he would know what it was regarding. Annoying spam call.

Isn't annoying when a representative from the company logs in on here to make it seem like they are legit? Telemarketers, Salespeople, Data Miners, "business proposals" aimed at people in the company who have nothing to do with "business proposals", but you found their name on the internet..... all are UNSOLICATED and UNWANTED. Once we tell you we are not interested, TAKE US OFF YOUR LIST. And if you "do not work off of a list"... PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST.
Nix 2011-11-04 16:00:43 Unknown
The problem they keep calling back after you tell them there is no interest!

Person called my work soliciting to the owner of the company, and the owner is an 87 year old disabled man that only comes into the office for a few hours a day, and doesn't even take phone calls. I told the lady that he was not interested, and hung up.
She called back at least 5 times in a row and hung up on me.
I would like to get her name and report her for harassment.
This is ridiculous! Get a life, lady!

Jason Called us too. He said that he wanted to invest in our business. However, he did not know what we did... lol..
Our Place 2010-12-11 02:34:22 Unknown
Caller claimed to be calling for ZS Fund, on behalf of ZS Trust, and wanted to 'invest in' our business. In other words, yes, they want to buy into businesses.

For all of those who have posted look at the caller's website www.dinancompany.com . They are an investment banking firm that calls you when their clients ask because their clients are interested in BUYING your company. They are not telemarketers or sales people. The client pays all of their fees.

He has a client that is interested in a partnership with my company.
Dale 2009-07-08 21:41:27 Unknown
Got call from Josh Kellmer (or Kellner) from 602-248-8700. "My client is interested in a business partnership" were his words.
L 2009-06-01 20:01:33 Unknown
I got a call from this same company a few moments ago. The guy, Jason Hawley, said the same thing: they're interested in "business partnerships." I just told him that I didn't have anyone at this time.

Claim to be representing " possible business partnerships" to businesses.
Not sure what that means?

This same lady called again and I explained to her that the owner is a disabled man and doesn't take phone calls. I put her on hold and left her there until she eventually hung up. Such sweet revenge!! HAHAHA
