has anyone ever called the number back?

I missed a call from the same number. No message left.

(June 13th, 2008) Today at 10:59 a.m. we had our cell phone ring to this 602-288-5747 number. We don't answer calls that we don't know so we turned the ringer down and it rang and then left no message. Then immedietly after the cell stopped our house phone rang and left no message there either. They were so close together that I think it was the same number trying us. Which really bothers me since we are on do-not call for both home and cell. I always though cell numbers were supposed to be private since they don't make phone books for the public of those... but i guess not. I looked this number up on my internet and found that it matches a company called, "Property Masters Of America LLC" who are in Phoenix, AZ 85003.

So I pick up the phone, and this woman mumbles into it.  I tell her I can't hear her, so she suddenly sounds clearer, says it's her fault, and tells me that she's from a company called "Choose Your Degree."

Thanks, I already have a PhD. What degree are they offering: Brain surgery?

Anyway, I tell her that this is a business CELL phone. She says snottily "Oh, well then I'll take you off the list that you put yourself on. Next time you might want to be more careful giving your number out. Goodbye!"

If she were any closer, I'd drive over and strangle her with my bare hands.

They called me today at 250pm and didn't leave a message and when I tried to call back to tell them to take me off of their list I got no answer and it just rang and rang and rang.

Getting calls a couple times a day on my cell phone.  No messages left and when returning the call of course noone answers.  When i have answered, mainly to tell them off (I googled the number and read many comments from irritated people) there is nothing and noone on the other end.  If this so called organization wants to pay my cell phone bill, then call more, if not leave me alone and everyone else.

Same with me. I never pick up these weird numbers. I always look up on the internet.

Had another missed call from this one. This is annoying. Make them stop!
