He just called my girls phone, when i told him that no one by the name he was referring to he just hung-up.  Is there an authority we can contact to shut this guy down?

Multiple calls daily and up till 10pm. leaves no message, whel return call line is always busy.
REALLY TIRED of all the calls, 8 to 10 a day.

When I answer for this number there is usually no reply...on the caller ID it is Urban, D & G...

Neither do you, apparently.

Multiple hangup calls from "Virginia" over the past two days.  This one came in at 10:22 am today.

Got a call from this number.  When I tried to call them back several times I couldn't get through.  It just go back to the dial tone.  Very annoying.

Calls me constantly. I never answer. For months.

Just received a call asking for my husband. He didnt speak English well.. Said my insurance dropped me and someone will call me tomorrow to discuss.. Told him my insurance didnt drop me and hung up

They keep calling and calling an callng and calling. They do not leave a message nor do they even talk to me. It calls then hangs up. Annoying as hell! Although it is fun when ou acually talk to them, I usually threaten them within an inch of their life and mention something about living in a mud hut in a thrid world country.

Called my cell and asked for my spouse. When I questioned what the call was about he asked for me. I continiued to question him and how he had my number. He claimed that my insurance company gave it to him and that this was not a solicitaion call. By the end of the call and all of my questions and requests that he not call my number again he told me to go somewhere - and he didn't mean vacation.

An annoying English speaking (barely) caller with an East Indian accent knew my ZIP Code and wanted me to stand by for a call within 24 to 48 hours when someone would offer me improved automobile insurance. I think not! When I hung up, he called back immediately. He only stopped when I asked where Area Code 804 was.

David Urban, GinaUrban and Regina Urban call came from a house, keep calling it is busy all the time, probably a scammer or telemarker, if it a debt collector usually it not busy all time.
