I do not know anyone with this number. I have been having a problem with this new number and they were calling for an Angela Smith. They refuse to stop calling.

They called me stated that they were trying to reach one of my relatives.  I asked who they stated my moms name.  I asked what for they sd personal business.  But made very clear THEY WERE NOT BILL COLLECTORS.  Being a skip tracer I looked up the companies info.  And called them back.  Used my moms refrence number and the lady in the call center began to tell me this was over a bill collection matter from YEARS AGO!   They do not use the FDCPA! They are either a firm that uses skip tracers to not follow the FDCPA laws or they love to break the law.  Either way, dont believe them!!!!

Lady called and stated that I had to call TODAY to get this account resolved?  Anyway, she used my previous married name (I've been divorced for 10 yrs!) and I have never heard of these CR Associates out of AZ!  I'm not calling back unless she can explain in detail just what the call is about on my voicemail, not telling me it's in regard to account#*******!  I think its a scam.  Please beware!

Received this call again this morning. Lady was extremely rude, stated I Had to return the call today. Supposedly CR Associcates. Again stated it was in regard to an account number I have no knowledge of. They did not inform me of what account. Didn't know I had such account number for this collection agency.

This number is Phoenix, AZ. Rec'd call yesterday, didn't recognize #, didn't answer. VM stated I needed to call in regard to Account # and they gave a number and wanted to let me know there was activity on my account. I don't have any credit cards, no accounts outstanding. Don't return this call should anyone get one.

I got a call from this number and when I tried to call back I was put in a queue with no mention of company name.  I was in a never ending loop in this phone queue so I hung up.
