I received a call from the number trying to find a party that's not associate with me. The representative called me a liar and that I was trying to "cover up" for that party. I tried to assure her and clarify. She continued to be rude and hunged up on me. I called again. She answered. I tried to reclarify and she hanged up on me again. So I called the third time another representative answered and she was able to remove my number. I was appalled by this experience. Avoid them. Very rude. Horrible customer service skills. I wrote them a message about my experience I hope its considered and referred to manager or supervisor.

This is a personal auto/payday loan company calling to verify an applicants personal references. Most likely someone you know or knew put you down as a personal or work reference. They are calling to confirm the applicants current or previous work history and state of residence by asking if you work with them and for how long. Or if listed as a personal reference they might inquire about the last time you saw them in person and major cross streets near the applicants home.

If you give the wrong answers they decline the loan and assume the applicant is fudging something on the application.

Someone you know is trying to get a loan and that's how they have your info, along with that of a few other people as it takes 5-10 verified references to get a proceed. They will also call to inquire about applicants who fail to make payments or default on a loan in hopes of locating them.

This number called my cell phone and when I answered they asked to speak with me, but used my maiden name.  My maiden name is about 3 years old now so this was concerning to me.  The woman asked to verify my information and wanted my date of birth, etc.  I refused to give her anything and asked several times who she was and how she got my number. She said to me, "You didn't apply for a loan with Tio Rico loans?"  I said, "No!"  "Who are you?" "How did you get my name and number?" She then replied by stating to me, "That's fine" and she hung up on me.

They call my cell phone every day and hang up even after I told them to stop. I asked why they are calling and the person I spoke with didn't even know.

Called 3 times in a row left no message but heard back ground noise that sounded like a room full of people on the phones...tio rico's auto loans never heard of them SPAM

It typically costs money to find out who's calling you no matter what state you're in.

got a call from 602 345-8085 and was wandering who it was, can someone help me out cause I live in California and it cost money

Rang a couple times then hung up. I googled it, and it looks like Tio Rico's Auto Loans. Must have called me by mistake, because I have never had any association with TRAL.
