Called again, asking for a different person. When I said no one here by that name, he insisted on spelling it and giving me a title. Still no one here by that name, no matter how you spell it.

Another heavily accented person asking for someone who hasn't worked here in years. Trouble prouncing name. Told her no one here by that name and hung up.
