Blocked!:) If the original Debtor weren't turds and would of worked with me. They wouldn't of had to hire these sleezers who think they will get somewhere by harassing me. When I have the money I'll pay the original debtor and cut these a@#holes out of the deal. All of that toiling calling me day after day and nothing to show for it:( I can only hope you have people just like you hounding you for money you don't have someday!

THEY VIOLATED THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION ACT BY ATTEMPTING TO GET ME TO PAY A DEBT AFTER BANKRUPTCY

Just received a notice in the mail for my father for an amount of $450.00.   Called the number to inform them that my father passed away 3 years ago - YES, 3 YEARS AGO!  The jerk at JR Brothers named Curtis Allen informed me that I should pay (I would love to dispute this because my father AWAYS paid is bills, so I know this isn't even hsi) - I told him where to place that comment and then told him there are laws in which - #1, if no one leaves anything in their estate, they do not have to pay for their debts (really, think about this people - are they going to take the dead person to court!) and #2, statute of limitations.  He wanted to know if I was attorney.  I told him, just an informed individual and that he was breaking the law.  He hung up on me - nice guy!

Please make sure you know your laws before you deal with this company.  If they are buying debts that are this old and then not even the person's debt, they can't be a sound business.  Be careful out there and be informed.

after moving to arizona i bought a phone from a cricket dealer and got a very rude call from a lady (robin) who would not give me any information as to why she was calling and said that the caller id came up a different name and i tried to tell her that i was not the person she was looking for and she told me she was going to verify it through the phone company!!!I told her go right ahead but now if the phone co.gives my info. out they will be facing alot of trouble!!!its called the privacy act i am a citizen of the us and i know my rights my information should not be given out to anyone

JR Bros Financial is a collection agency for past due deliquent accounts. Derrick Giles of Boston, most certainly is aware and knows why this call was made. It was an ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT.

THIS CALLER MADE AN UNSLICITED CALL TO A PERSONAL FRIEND. NOT SURE WHY THE CALL WAS MADE OR WHAT THE CALL WAS ABOUT. I CALLED AND LEFT A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE WITH A MR. CURTIS ALLEN AT THIS NUMBER 602 371 1001 EXTENSION 218. AND ADVISED HIM TO NOT MAKE ANY FURTHER CALLS OR INQUIRIES ABOUT ME TO OTHERS FOR NO KNOWN UNSOLICITED INFORMATION.
