Marsh Law Group called me as well looking for my son. I told them I have not seen him in years. I told them not to call me again and I have not heard from them in over a week. Hope they don't call me again.

They've called me twice this week looking for my brother whom i haven't spoken to in years. I told them the first time I don't talk to him and he lives in another state. Today, they called me and said my number was listed as an emergency contact I said for who? They said my brother and I told them that's impossible because I don't speak to my brother. He said he's calling from Marsh Law Group and it's a legal matter. This guy wanted to start arguing with me when I know for a fact he is lying about getting my number as an emergency contact and I just had to hang up on him.

Marsh Law Group helped me with recovering child support my ex-husband owed me. They found his job in a few days and collected $5,000 and sent over my court order to start garnishing his wages. I waited for 13 years for the State of Arizona to help me and received nothing. Marsh Law Group was professional and caring but most of all helped me get the money I was owed. Now I am able to get caught up on bills and was able to buy my kids some new clothes that they desperately needed. I would recommend contacting Marsh Law Group if you are owed child support.

I owed Cintas the Uniform People money. I was contacted by Marsh Law Group, Daniel is who called me I argued and assumed they would go away. Next thing I knew I was served for breach of contract, I filed a response stating I didn't have the money to pay. It wasn't a valid reason in the courts eyes because they obtained a judgment on the pleadings ( I received a copy from the court) They enforced the judgment by attempting to garnish my business account, fortunately I had only about $500 in the account. Next thing I received a copy of filing of a lien against the property I owned. Enough was enough I called and spoke with Marsh Law Group and was able to settle my $5K judgment for $3,700.

First of all the statute of limitations to collect on any contractual debt (auto repo, credit cards, etc.....) in Arizona (A.R.S.) § 12-548) is six years.
Second I do some collection/litigation work and the steps of obtaining a judgment are simple, file suit, if no response from the defendant, file application for default judgment, then file for judgment. Once judgment is obtained the law firm can enforce recovery on the judgment. Earnings and non earnings garnishments(s), liens on all real and personal property, and Arizona is a community property state so the judgment can also be enforced against a spouse.
Before taking the advice from an angry consumer that may or may not have been sued for non payment of a debt I would suggest researching the applicable laws for the State of Arizona.

You don't need to do anything about them except ignore them. Do not accept any further calls from them. If you speak to them again tell them to submit all correspondence in WRITING, as required by law. Chances are they won't want to do that because it would provide you with evidence *you* could use in court against *them*.
Only crooks work by phone. Because they don't want you to have any paper documentation of the lies they told you.

They cannot garnish wages for this. You are a liar... who probably has good reason to lie in this case.
| Shill Alert 2014-02-18 23:42:06 Unknown |
Garnishment requires going to court, you know, a court of law, not the food court at the mall next to the boiler room where you run your extortion scam.

told me I don't go to court! they got judgement and now paycheck garnished!

Apparently Marsh Law Group does child support recovery also. I was behind on my child support for the past two years and they found my employer, I don't know how, but they sent over a court ordered garnishment and now my ex-wife is getting my money again. I told them that she didn't let me see my two girls but all they would say was visitation didn't matter and I still had to pay my support. They said they were also going to enforce liens because child support that was past due was a judgment.
Any help!!!

Apparently you suck, if you don't know what you are talking about. Especially when you make a post on a media page. The Statute of Limitations in Arizona is 6 years.
Breach of Contract, Written (executed within Arizona) 6 years ARS Section 12-548

apparently these clowns suck at being attorneys so decided to be debt collectors. Turns out they suck at that to ! FYI statute of limitations in Arizona on most credit card debt is three yrs and repossessions four yrs ......do your research and fight back!
| winner 2013-12-24 22:47:50 Debt Collector |
these are loser scumbags ! trying to collect on an old repossession , sorry Arizona statute of limitations has passed. you loose ! do your research and know your rights . Fight back . Very often these lowlifes are trying to collect on debts that they often have no legal claim to ,more times then not you'll find its past the statute of limitations. Do your research and show up to court ,they are idiots that just hope they can scare you into settling or that you won't show up in court so they can get a default judgment .

Got a call from Wayne P Marsh, PC offices, can't remember the name of the fellow that called, trying to collect an alleged debt from six yrs and nine months ago. The debt was actually my x partners bill, I told them I have never heard of them or received anything from them. He told me they had been billing my x partner. Well good because that is who the old debt belongs to. They wanted me to settle the debt so he did not have to recommend to his CLIENT that they sue me in small claims court. Told me I will receive a call from his assistant and receive an email with something I supposedly signed the next day. Three days later I am still waiting.

Please don't listen to this clueless person. You will get sued and pay involuntarily if you don't make arrangements.

Take them serious ... They sued me and took money from my checking account. Then garnished my paycheck at 25 percent. Negotiate with them or you will have no choice.

Marsh Law Group has contacted several of my family members, even on cell phone numbers. I'm not sure how they are able to find other members of my family, but there should be a law against this type of harassment just to get in contact with me. I finally spoke with a Mr. Thompson who was unwilling to work out a reasonable payment plan. I explain to him that I was disable and on disability. Still no solution, So my only option is to go to court. Not sure if these people are legit.

Called didn't identify who he was or why he was calling. Stated my full name but was asking for someone else I don't know. The very fact that he knew my name startled me so I had to look up who was calling me. I don't know who this business is or what they wanted
Caller ID: Wayne Marsh PC

I received two calls last week saying they were now going to sue me for the damages my and my roommate left in the apartment.
Any ideas on what we can do now?

I received a call in March from Marsh Law Group on an old apartment bill me and my roommate owed. I offered them $50.00 a month they refused. I was advised they would enforce the eviction judgment, I ignored them. Three weeks later both me and my ex roommate were being garnished by our employers.

This law firm continued to call me and ask for a Richard. I simply spoke with a manager from the law firm and he said he removed my number while I was on the phone with him.
It has been over two weeks now and I have not received another call from this office.

I have received time and time again phone calls, recorded messages and text messages all on my cell phone looking for Erin. There is not an Erin here or never has there been an Erin here or any relatives by that name. Normally I just hang up, sometimes make it clear there is NO Erin here and the calls stop for a time and then begin again. Yesterday I returned a call to the number on the caller ID and once again made it clear there is NO Erin here. The person sounded sincere and said he would document that this is a wrong number. This morning I decided to google the phone number and find all that I am no the only one this happens to. I will be interested to see if they start again.

We operate a small business in the east valley. We owed Cintas money and apparently Marsh Law represents Cintas. They sued us and got a judgment then garnished our bank account.
Apparently the are a legal collection law firm.
Daniel Macias is who called us all the time
