Got a call from this number stating to be from my credit union and called my cell number asking for my wife.

This number called both my cell phone and my work phone stating that they were from my CU and wanted to confirm a transaction.  Scary thing was I had just made one in that amount on my debit card and I am worried how they accessed this info.  I've contacted my CU to ask if this is something they would do.

I got a call at 830am from this number.  I immediately hung up without hearing what they had to say and they called right back.  They wanted to "confirm" information about my bank account with my local CU because of some recent unusual activity.  The guy asked for my birthday.  I told him where to go and hung up.  The phone # is from Phoenix, AZ, is a land line, provider was Qwest Corporation.  Name and address information was available through ussearch.com but I did not want to pay $15.  I checked with my CU and my account was fine and reported the # to them.

I received a call from this number claiming to  be from my CU and doing a transaction on my debit card.  I have not used this card in a couple weeks. They left a message to call 1-800-238-8901 which is busy all the time.
