Received recorded call from AZ department recommending I vote no on a ballot proposition restructuring the voting system.

I just got a phone call from 602-467-3834, so it is still active.

As far as blocking a phone number, a wireless Panasonic phone
will block a maximum 20 phone numbers.  

You can block one, and see if it persists, then keep it active.  
After awhile, say one month, a given blocked phone number
tends to 'give up' calling.  Then, you can remove it from your
'blocked call list' thus freeing up one of the 20 blocking spots.

Of course, with the POLITICAL season, '100 call blocking spots'
on the phone is NOT ENOUGH.

Finally, there are certain callers that NEVER 'give it up.'

I guess there is money to be made selling phone numbers
supposedly actively monitored/answered.  That explains
the 'silence' aspects of the caller; they only
care to know that the phone is 'actively' monitored.

This is robo calling run amuck. I rec'd calls at 11:00 PM and 11:00 AM just about every other day. You hear nothing for the first few seconds then a recording comes on and tells you to Vote for Jeff Flake because he is "one of us"..They must get our phone numbers from the voters registrations which are made public-including any cell phones #s listed.v4v6

It's a political call - I called it back and got "you have reached "save our vote" committee" and was asked to leave number for return call.

Just got a call and a silent email.  The number is out of the Pheonix/Maracopia County area according to the area code.  I am dreading this political season because I know I will be drowned in calls and nothing we can do about it!

Apparently it is a politcal calls and we cannot do one damn thing about it. . I called back and it was a google phone call. It said the google customer was not available. I tried to block it with Cox and I could not. Cox said. So my hands are tied. they left me a nothing voice mail. I hate this. I have told all political parties to quit. Damn it. I wish was had a queen and king. My lawyer says  to hound cox and complain every time I get a call of this or other telemarketers. The reason Congress will not pass legislation is for this reason, they want us to be pestered to vote. And did you know it is profitable to be in Congress. money money money makes the world go around, ect.

I just got the call also. Same scenario, left a voicemail but only silence. I'm thinking political campaign.

I just got a call from this number. Left a voicemail, but didn't say a word. Just silence and then it stopped. Thinking it may be a telemarketer or a political campaign asking you to vote for them.
