Rookie repo man attempting to recover a vehicle that has been paid off. Read the file before you make your weak calls. Identify yourself properly and have accurate information and you might have better luck. Tough times for a lot of folks, no excuse to degrade people over the phone the way he did. Signed, repossessing cars since you were on your mama's tit.

I RECEIVED THE SAME CARD. I LOOKED INTO IT AND RMS LIEN ENFORCEMENT IS COMPANY THAT SERVES NOTICE TO PEOPLE THAT ARE BEING INVESTIGATED IN REGARDS TO PATERNITY. ALSO IF YOU ARE BEING TAKEN TO COURT FOR OUTSTANDING DEBTS. THEY ALSO LOOK FOR VEHICLES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR. REPOSSESION INVESTIGATORS AS IT WAS WORDED IN MY RESEARCH. THEY DO NOT REPOSSESS AS THEY JUST REACH OUT TO YOU TO LET YOU KNOW WHATS GOING ON AND VERIFY THE ADDRESS GIVEN. THEY APPEAR TO BE ON THE UP AND UP. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT A WOMAN  WAS SAYING THAT I FATHERED HER CHILD. TURNED OUT TO BE A GUY WITH THE SAME NAME AS ME. GLAD I CALLED AND GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS. HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL.

Got a card like this on my apartment door today. I do not have any credit cards, car loans, or any other kind of consumer debt. Planning to call from a blocked number or ignore.

Jeeze, that is going too far! Like I've posted to things like this before--you need a security system like I have, two large dogs who do not like strangers!!

this idiot came to my house banging on my door with such force as if he was the police I did not let him in he continued to bang and ringing the door bell finally he gave up and left later I noticed a taped flimsy card that could have been made by my toddler taped to the door I researched the company on the AZ Corporate Commission no registered company and researched the BBB no such company be careful this is a SCAM

Trying to find out who owns this phone number.

I got a call from "Adrian Andrews" telling me that my truck loan was in default and I should park it and leave keys in it so he could tow it.  He told me I would have to work out with the bank how to get it back.  This was totally bogus since I was not behind on my loan.  Don't fall for this scammer!

He did this?!?!? Did the police arrest him?

My dad just got that card too, taped to the door, lien name on it......think it is for a credit card?!?!? Really really how unsafe I have a younger sister at home and a grown man does this!!!!!

I am following up my earlier post regarding 602 439 0399 with the latest info. I received a visit the other night from a person representing himself as a lien enforcement agent. He asked if my name was Fred xyz, I told him no, and he then asked if I knew the whereabouts of this person. I told him I had never heard of him and was not I was not going to discuss anything further with someone who could not even spell their own company name, and that I was not the person they were looking for. I told him not to come back. He threatened to call police and then became more abusive and threatened me with bodily harm. I shut the door and ran to the back of the house  and picked up my gun, and ran outside to make sure rear gate was secured. I then see the person at my mail box shining a flashlight on my mail. I yelled at him to get away from my mail. He yelled back obcenities and racial slurs. I ran back into house and called police who are currently investigating. The person left a note from Recovery Management Solutions LLC addressed to this Fred guy inferring a lien an personal and business property.  I am not the person named on the notice and also am current on all bills and the only lien I have is with my mortgage co which account is current and always has been.
Police advise me that if this person comes to me again he will be arrested.

Bottom line, if you get a similar card with that number on it. Do not answer your door to unknown callers and tell them to leave immediately or you will call police.

I found a card taped to my door printed with "RMS Lein Enforcement Services" - Agent Andrews.
Note the mis- spelling of the word Lien, also the card was paper thin and looked very unprofessional.
There was an handwritten message on the back to call 602-469-0399 today.
I am not behind on any bills, nor have I received any past due notices in the mail. I will not be calling the number as I do not want my phone # traced back. There is definitely something very fishy about this.

This dude says that he is "Agent Andrews" but does not identify himself with an agency.  Then he goes around handing out cards with his number and a "case number" on it.  This dude is bogus.
