I have been getting phone calls from this number and no one leaves me a voice message. When i call it rings couple times and becomes silent. I dont know if i was put on hold or i wasnt sure whats going on. but its so annoying to have all those phone calls.

This 515-369-5703 calls my cell every day while I'm at work. I answered it once & got nothing but background noise and then cut off. I don't answer now but it sometimes goes to voice mail and it's the same.I think Companies are giving phone numbers out to third parties.

This # called my mother about a dozen times, she had repeatedly asked to be taken off of their list.  Despite her requests no one seemed to do so.  I called back & got a busy signal.  I tried back two more times & had a rep answer.  This # is for Express Magazines.  I asked to have her taken off of their call list.  The rep assured me that she had been taken off...We shall see...

this number just called me , and no-body response when you say hello. also middle night call my home phone to make noise. How to sue them?

they called and did not leave a message.  calerl id says express info.  after 5 times i got threw to them.  i told them to take my number off the call list.  I gave them my number and then they said they were looking for my husband.  i told them he was not home and to take the number off the call list.  they told me my husband had to call.  I told them the number was in my name and to take it off the list.   The Bi*%c told me to treat my husband like he was my husband and hung up!!!!  I am sooooo mad right now and i cant get threw again!!!!!!!

i got the call and they left no voicemail.
so i skyped them and a woman answered, "Express Information."
i asked what type of info they had.
that is when she hung up on me.
i dunno and i don't get it.

at least when i get junk mail it usually comes with a self addressed stamped envelope so i can return it to them.  :o)

How did you figure out that they are some kind of company when they are not talking or leaving any messages. Please tell me the name of this company. Thanks.

There should be legal actions for people like these. Pls direct me to the proper place to deal effectively with these massive unwanted calls.

They call 3 or 4 times a day and its the same company from different #'s

This number .... 515-369-5703 calls 2 or 4 times a day.  If we answer, they hang up.  If it goes to message.

I've received a few calls myself, judging on the earlier posts Might answer next time just mess with them.

Leaves no mess. on Ans. Mach. If machine doesn't pick up they hang up after 3rd ring.

Some magazine company ANOYING!!!!! they offered me an mp4 player and some magazines, for free EXCEPT for THE SHIPPING!!! all for 5.76 a week.  they call me so offen and they get so anoying, i am gonna be blocking them from now on

This number just started to call me yesterday. They call about 4 times a day and only let the phone ring 3 times. I've never answered the phone call, and instead decided to research the number. That is how I ended up on this board, and I'm happy I found this place. Now I know that it's just a bunch of scam artists. I'm curious as to why this place has not been shut down.

i've been recieving calls from this number now for several days. I don't pick it up. There are no messages from them.  I don't know who they are but it is getting increasingly annoying.

I receieved phone calls  3 days in a row. When ever I would say hello, whoever on the other end of the phone would hang up. 2/24/2010 at 10:55am the individual finaly answered me aggresively and said  "i did not get the job don’t call them anymore" I think he wants me to call back for whatever reason, fortunetly for him I have a life so didn’t.  i think everyone needs to be aware of these animals they are scam artist.

I got missed call from this useless people, vary disturbing

I have recived this number numerous of times,politely ask not to call me anymore, and hanged up, but then a few hours later called me back. The day before I said no numerous of times when they offered me several magazines, several of which are innapropriate and what not, but then as soon as I got to the manager he was a total jerk, so if this company calls report them for harrassment if they call several times after you say do not call me back.

This company is irritating..

This number called me claiming that I won a $1,000 online shopping spree. The girl then offered me a bunch of different magazines(GQ, Details, Men's Helath, Men's Fitness, and couple others) and said that I would just have to pay a small fee per month which added up to about $19.99 per month for all magazine. I told her that I would like to defer and she asked me why. I said that I do not want the magazines and will not read them. She then said that she wanted to transfer me to someone else to give me another offer "just for taking the time to listen to her." She then transferred me to a lady name Sue, and Sue offered me the $1,000 online shopping card but that I only needed to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling on a free trial membership package. I told her that I don't give my card number over the phone. She then went on to say that she understands and that they would not risk compromising my card over a measley $4.95 charge and that I could call the credit card company and dispute the charge if anything was wrong. After this she asked me to go ahead and give her my card number when I am ready. I told her I would call back at a later time. The number she provided me with to call her back was 1-800-701-9127. I never called back.

This guys call and pretend to be the Soap Opera Digest Magazine... they ask if I am getting my magazine.
If  you explain you are having a problem they offer to help but never do anything or follow-up.

They then tell you how much they can save you if you renew with them.

I never purchased  the magaine through them... they are just scamming, trying to sell me over priced magazine.

They Keep CAlling my phone asking for my 14 year old brother, when i ask what its concerning they hang up i call back, but a machine picks up and says that all lines are busy and keep on hold for a while i hung up the last time after i stayed on hold for about 15 min. Stupid punks they should get a real job and stop harrasing me and my mother, because she is also reciving phone calls like this as well as text messages about my FOURTEEN year old brother

This number- 515/369/5703 keeps calling my phone.  If you answer, no one speaks to you.  If you call back you will get one of the following:  1. Busy Signal.  2.  A pre-recorded message stating someone will be right with you, and then silence, I finally gave up after waiting 6 minutes. OR 3.  A message saying the number is disconnected.  I have no idea who it is, but it's really annoying the crap out of me.

Its some sort or service. I called them back and told them to take my number offtheir service. I just did it a few moments ago so I don't know if they really did.
