I am glad I finally looked up this number and see that I am not the only person constantly getting called by them.  We should start calling their line and hanging up on them all day or start faxing them, maybe they will get the point.

Spoke with Selena/Celina/?? today (11/1) and asked to be removed. AND told her their autodialer was screwed up in that it hangs up w/o even playing a message.

I have went onto the R-Tek website an hit the contact link to request the calls stop (Federal Do Not Call).  I believe they are using Automatic Response Techonlogies (PH 1 (800)854-8765) which is an automatic dialer that is programmed to leave a recorded message when no one answers and to hang up when someone does answer.  This is a poor way to try to solicit new business.

I also received calls from R-Tek at least 2x a week for two months or more.  I called their local number and asked them to take me off their list twice...Never happened.  I reported them 2x to the DO NOT CALL.  The last call came two weeks ago, asked them again to take me off and then told them I had reported them to DO NOT CALL twice.  They have not called since.

We get calls from this company constantly. When I answer, they sit there on the line and say nothing.  I tried calling the number and I was unable to get through.  I don't recall what the recording said but regardless, I was unable to reach them. I checked on the internet and in deed the number is owned by R-TEK. These people call at all hours, especially in the evening...over and over again and it's always the same situation.  Even if they did the best remodel jobs in the southwest, I would never do business with a company that has wasted so much of my time and apparently a number of other people's time.

I have received many many calls from this company, and have asked them to remove me from their call list.  They still continue to call.  I'm totally not interested in anything they have to say.  Because of this company, I have registered every phone number I have control of, with the National Do Not Call Registry!!!

Call never leaving a message called my wifes cell phone 14 times in one afternoon.  It is stupid that they need to call so many times and they need to be stopped

I have also recieved many calls from this company. I was so annoyed that i did some research and i found out this number is that of the company R-Tek. I spoke to the manager named Selena she was so polite and she was very coopertive. She informed me that they were a remodeling company well I don't usually talk to telemarketers but she was so polite i had them come out and they did a great job on my bathroom. Even though the calls are annoying they are a great company and have been in business for 15yrs and now I see why.

I had this R-TEK Company call me a long time back, and I hate telemarketing calls, but I took this one, some guy named Frank called.  I decided to have the company, come out and see me and I am glad I did.  They came out and built a beautiful double deck on my home.  My wife and I are going to have them come out and do the kitchen next month.

OMG!  No need to repeat what's already been said other than I called the main office for R-Tek Service LLC at 602-956-9241 and spoke with "Celina" and explained this situation and to REMOVE me from there constant call list as I'm NOT interested and they are NOT suppose to be cold calling like this.  She said I've been "removed" - I hope that is the case!

This number calls me EVERY night.  I answered the phone once and they hung up.  I tried to call back, says disconnected.

they call constantly and usually hang up just after two rings- well yesterday someone actually spoke to me and said they do home improvements and they would be in the area and was i interested? I said no but they still continue to call over and over and hang up - they are driving me nuts-when i called back the number it says the number is disconnected or the area code is changed pls check and dial again

It's a company called R-TEK ??  They do home improvements.

received a call from 602-553-2560 but did not answer. No message was left. Does anybody know who is using this number?
