Woken this AM by a female caller who asked for "Edwin,"  I replied "This is Edwin" and they either hung up or we were disconnected.  The caller ID said Scribner Blain 602-635-7061.

They call every week, sometimes twice a day and never say anything! A real pain in the ___!

Here's another number for Blain Scribner - 602-635-7791.  Was not home so was no conversation.  There is plenty of scammers in other places but Arizona has an overload of them.

After getting 2 calls today from these morons, I sent the following message in a complaint to https://donotcall.gov/...

"This was a very strange solicitation call. A guy tries to solicit credit card solutions and I stop him by asking him to remove my number. He then begins to challenge me on the "do not call" list, claiming my name was on HIS list and he's therefore entitled to call. After a couple of minutes of me trying to educate him, he hung up.

This was followed up with a call under "Private caller" CID with another jerk starting off arguing with me that he's got a family to feed and proceeds to question me on MY BUSINESS!

I've filed dozens of complaints via this site and requested feedback on a few to no avail. This one I'm treating differently. If no contact is received within 3 business days from your department, I will be using whatever tracing and law enforcement followup necessary to do what your job seems to fail in doing. I've had enough of the repeat illegal solicitations with what seems like no effort or feedback loop on your part.

This memo will be copied and circulated as needed."

I expect very little from the feds, so I will now be calling law enforcement in Phoenix/Scottsdale.

CALLS 2X A DAY AND DOES NOT LEAVE MESSAGE.

I have been getting these calls for at least a month. Tried to call them back and it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is always full. They swear at you. They hang up on you. Have contsantly told them to take me  off their list and to never call me again. This is when they swear at me.

Got a call from 602-635-7731 asking for my husband.I told the caller that he was not home, he said ok and hung up. I called the # back and the person hung up. I called back and there was a recording that told me that due to network difficulties my call could not be completed at this time. That's when I googled Blain Scribner the name on the called id.

LOL nice you wasted some of his time for as much as they waste ours!

I received a call from Blain Scribner (according to Caller ID) and since I was already on the phone, I asked if he could call back in 10 minutes.  All he told me is that he was from Mastercard/Visa Merchant Services.  When he did call back and started to present his "business opportunity" I told him I had had this experience before and I certainly wasn't interested in getting into another such "business opportunity".  He then said, "Why did you tell me to call you back then?"  I told him I had no idea what his phone call was about because I was in the middle of another call.  He said, "You just wasted my time" and hung up.  By the way, I had tried calling the number listed on the Caller ID (480-389-1663),  the call was interrupted to say the number was no longer in use.  Most of these kinds of calls come from Arizona.

Some dork just woke me up wanting to speak to my wife. Talked like lightning this boy did, and I told him to slow down.  He hung up on me.  Caller ID said Blain Scribner, 602-635-7236...........One thing about scammers, they always screw up.  Im an ex-cop and still have some ole friends around.  I'll see what I can find out too.  The d****ad shouldnt have woke me up.

Rec'd Blaine Scribner call from (different area code) #490-389-0921.  Rec'd others over the past year with 602 and others, as well...they have that usual "interest in working from home" spiel.  I don't answer anymore.  If it is someone legit they will leave a message.  What a world it is that these people get so crafty and intimidating. These scammers are real brazen - feel sorry for the people who fall for this. Too bad.  Wish there was a way to "get" them.

Thank you for reporting this scam.  I just got a call asking for me from 602-635-7091 and it appeared as Scribner Blain on my caller id.  I asked who was calling and he said he was from ESC (what the heck is that?).  Since I didn't know who was calling I said I wasn't here and hung up.

Recieved a call this evening from a woman who was trying to sell me on a home based business idea selling merchant services for Visa.  She had me listen to a short recording, then a Gregory Garcia who said he worked for Visa continued afterward to "seal the deal".  As I stated my apprehension and expressed that I wanted to speak with my husband about it, he brought on yet another gentleman by the name of Michael Scott who, after speaking with me, asked me to "verify" my credit card number!  THESE PEOPLE ARE PRO SCAMMERS!!!  I know NEVER to give a credit card number out over the phone to someone I don't know but he pretended to know information about me by saying things like "I see you've had this card for a long time."  He also had an answer for everything.  I asked for a phone number to call him back at and insisted that I wanted to speak with my husband.  In an upset tone, he said "I'm sorry for wasting your time".  That was when I checked the caller ID number and a Blain Scribner came up.  I then researched his name and found all kinds of dirt on him and his whole operation.  Report this guy!!!

Got a call from Blain Scribnerm, but at 602-635-7061 as shown on our caller ID. A man asked for my wife, but would not leave a message for her, just said he'd try later. From the way he spoke, I could tell he did not know her and thought he sounded suspicious. When I get calls like this I always check the net for the name and number and once again it seems to be a scammer. This gets so tiresome and it's hard to trust anyone these days. Thanks to all of you who post your suspicions!

I received a call from the same company except the phone number was 480-389-0052. The guy told me I had requested information on how to have more income( I didn't) I asked him how much it was going to cost me out of pocket and he changed the subject, he started to play some audio but I hung up since I was in the middle of searching for a real job

I received a call last evening from this number.  It was a gentleman saying he is from VISA and called because I had expressed an interest in earning extra money working from home (which I have not).  He began asking me a lot of personal information.  I refused to answer his questions and hung up on him.  He called back and when I began asking him questions he used some really profane language, called me a bi***, and hung up.  I reported the telephone number to the Better Business Bureau in Phoenix, Arizona where the telephone number is listed.  This is definitely a scam and they are obviously trying to get personal information.

Keep getting calls from Blain Scribner  602-635-7783 but person hangs up before answering. annoying!

I have also received calls from this number for the past couple of weeks.  The name shown on the Caller ID is Blain Scribner.  She says she is from VISA and is called because I had expressed an interest in earning extra money working from home (which I have not).  The first time she called, I said that I had not expressed an interest, and she hung up.  The second time I spoke to them I said I was not interested and that they needed to remove my name.  She said she was new and did not know how to do this, but would check.

My guess is that this is some kind has some kind of scheme to get my account information

Telemarketer claims that they are giving me a "prize" from Visa and MasterCard and that I was personally selected. I asked to be taken off their list since they have called me three days in a row. The person advised that there is no list and continued with his sales pitch. I asked him to please remove me from their list and not call back...he hung up on me just like the telemarketer from the same company did the day before.

Please do not call me.
