THE OTHER NUMBERS THEY CALL FROM IS 866-575-4108 MORE THAN A HEADACHE THEY ARE STALKERS!!.

yea'' i know wut you all are saying about gigats im dealing wth them blowing up my phone as earliy in the morning i have to turn off my ringer they are very persistant but so am i its my phone so i dont respond any more after i told them im not gonna try going to school untill i get a job, unless they want to pay for it.LOL! Grand Canyon U. will NOT stop calling me. I've told the same caller probably three times now that I'm already enrolled in the school I want to graduate from and I'm no longer interested in them, yet they STILL call me EVERY DAY.... During school and work! It's really frustrating and annoying.

Hey if you know Jacob Taylor, let him know this is just one of a DOZEN or so calls I have been receiving for him....
I've never met the person, but he seems intent on SHARING my phone number with anyone and everyone he meets.
One of his "buddies" recently sent him a text message wishing him a Happy Birthday, and from what one retail company said when I verified my address in connection w/MY number is that he lives in AZ ( or at least that's the address he gave! ).
The caller did not state who she is with, but that she would remove my number from here data base, and wanted to know if I knew how to reach this Jacob, Jacob Taylor.

I know I am not suppose to answer "unknown" calls, but since my "Cell" number is for AZ, and I have friends and family out that way, I tend to take the calls. However, the nice young woman on the end of this call was looking for someone I have not met, but he seems to think it is appropriate to give my number out as his. She apologized and said she would remove my number from their "data base" but also wanted to know how I could reach the young man in question. When I said I had no idea who he is or how to reach him. She again apologized for the inconvenience.
I sure would like to know who Jacob Taylor of AZ is, so that I can give him all his messages from the friend who is sitting in jail, to the recent billing agent - all who not only call at all hours of the day, but are willing to share their personal issues via TEXT at all hours of the day.    Does this seem a bit extreme to publish here? NOT a CHANCE. You use and abuse someone else's information that you don't even know, you get it posted in places like this.   BTW, the caller didn't state who she is with, just that she was looking for Jacob, Jacob Taylor.

This is Grand Canyon, when you tell them you're not interested in going to school or your circumstances have changed that college is not an option now. Why do they keep going strong like you didn't say anything? Rick from Grand Canyon enrollment...maybe he's confused, as I applied to teach with them? xD

I filled out something that asked about continuing education on facebook (why I did this I don't know) and then within an hour I got two calls from two different schools. I found the number to both of them on this site because I didn't answer them.  They were both to my cell phone. I blocked both of them since I heard how many calls a day people were getting and I am hoping that takes care of it.  If they call that much it sounds like the schools are desperate.

It's Grand Canyon university, they want to inform you about their school just answer and say you're no interested or listen

I replied to a grant notice from Grand Canyon U -- they advertise as a 'christian' university -- with this behavior they would not be my kind of 'chrisitan'  ==== defnitiely cross them off my list of possible educators.

if you get a unwanted number and you dont know what to do.  here is a solution for you . go to the "do-not-call  list"

This happened to me today, this morning. I had applied for a job w/ Bank of the West. Had to do an 'telephone pre-screening' through Gigats.com. Confirmed some stuff on my app. Told them I might be interested in continueing my education 3-6 months from now after I was employed. They said someone might call me in the next 24-48 hours. I wasn't off the phone before the first of THREE online universities started calling. This one of the numbers, there are two others as well.
I was VERY annoyed, because I specifically told the 'financial counselor' at Gigats 3-6 MONTHS, not 3-6 SECONDS after I get off the phone with you!
...And the 'presreening' is actually a prescreening for what they can sell you, not to weed out poorly qualified candidates. After ny perscreening, they sais they would send me to alink to finish filling out the application for Bank of the West. I just wasted two days waiting for this 'prescreening interview' to find out the employer hasn't EVEN RECEIVED IT YET! ..... JUST SAY NO!...Now I have to deal with harassing phone calls.

ive told them twice now to take me off there calling list and they still keep calling and there not even calling for me its the person who owned the phone before me.

Yep, Grand Canyon University.  I have never requested info-heck I'm almost 70, little late to teach this old dog much anything.  So much for the "Do Not Call" list....I've had more calls like this since I've been on the list!

This has been happening to us for the last 2 weeks. Calls from University of Phoenix, Grand Canyon University, Ashley Univ, Whitney, National Admissions off, etc. I tried calling back during the day explained that I am 70 yrs old and being very polite asked them to remove me from their list. I never submitted a requst for information, I was not able to get through to Grand Canyon on 606 639-5600, but I did reach them at 800 800 8776. They were happy to remove me from list. I contacted 7 colleges today. All promised to remove name and number from list. We'll see what happens.

Im so tired of this phone calls,almost 5 times a day,.how can I stop them from calling calling me!

I'm getting calls from Grand Canyon University from that number. I'm guessing you applied to a college or two online, and those colleges sent your info to other colleges.

This company keeps calling me even after I asked them to remove me from their list.

I've been receiving calls from this number, as well as others, for the last 5 days.  I filled out information for online college courses and have a genuine interest in pursuing this avenue.  My issue is that they call multiple times a day and NEVER leave a message.  The only reason I know who's calling is because I've googled the numbers.  If you are a legitimate business, why not leave a message and allow me to call you when it's convenient rather than calling repeatedly without leaving a message?  It leaves me annoyed and uninterested in what you have to offer.  I won't even bother calling back at this point and will end up enrolling with a college that presents a more professional image.  It's just poor business practice.

Yes it is Grand Canyon University.  If you answer it and just tell them to take your number off, they will.  My phone calls have compleetely stopped.

This number keeps calling me. People say that it's a collage, but I don't know why they would be calling me. They don't leave messages or anything. I'm a thirteen year old kid in Texas. Why would they call me? Who are they?
