They are getting personal information and call "in regards of personal financial matter" and Yes, she does hang up on you. I guess I will need to block this number.

Claims to be my credit card company. They wanted to verify my card information including expiration date, ssn, dob, and other info. I told him to suck it.
Called back on a 480 area code number a minute later and said they were the yellowpages and they needed all of my personal and business information or they would call back 5 times a day until they get it.
They said they would stop calling me for a monthly 4.95 fee on my credit card and they called that a "identity protection" package.

I had the same thing happen to me a woman named Jade from 602-652-2256 and then a man named Dave Jones from 480-389-3723 called me a Bi*** two times for telling him not to call me and I wanted to be on the do not call. I filed a complaint on the Do Not Call Registery for both number I SUGGEST ALL OF YOU DO THE SAME SO THEY get shut down

I just received a call also from 602-652-2256. I told him I was on the do not call list. He said there is no do not call list. I hung up on him. Two seconds later, I received a call from 480-389-3723. Same thing -- Visa/Mastercard want you to partner up you asked for info on home based business, which I did not. I told him I just hung up on someone else and he asked me for the number. I gave him the Phoenix number (602) 652-2256 and he said "what do you think of it?" I told him I was going to call the police.

I am having the same problem, but it is a man that keeps calling me. I told him to remove me from this list and he told me it would cost me $4.95 to be removed from the list! I told him he had lost his damn mind, and then he got nasty with me because I yelled at him. They call my phone 5 times or more a day. Then the guy was a smart a**, I hung up on him and he turned right around and called me back!! I'm sick of it

It's a female and she called me about a home-base business that i "supposedly" inquired about. They hang up on you once you start talking to them. I've left them 2 angry voicemails about how i would like my name and number removed from their list. I've kept calling and if she gets you she just immediate hangs up. The voice message belongs to a Justin Jackson.
