Oops!  I meant "I" put the call into voice mail.

This guy has called a couple of times in the last few months.  He always acts like he knows me and then he'll say, "What's the name of your facilities guy again?"  The Caller ID said "Dr. Chen" which is obviously not correct.  He put the call into voice mail.

This number calls me almost every day 602-687-1170.  They don't leave a message. I called the number back, and get a recording that it is not a "working number."  WTF how did they dial my number then?

Keep getting calls from this company at home and on my cell.  I have filed an FCC complaint because I have asked them repeatedly to take me off of their call list.  My next stop is a complaint with the local police for harassment.  I hope they read this!

So many folks are being bothered with continuous calls from this number, including me...Renewable Energy is a scam. DO NOT ANSWER, IGNORE THE CALLER, CELL PHONES SHOULD BE SET ON "REJECT CALLER". I know they are a royal hassle and hopefully the federal agencies will look into this number, it is on report now and folks should continue to complain as this is a form of HARRASMENT. Perhaps if NO ONE answers, they will spin their wheels. I do believe that if you answer you are generating some sort of scam just by answering. SO DON'T EVEN ANSWER YOUR PHONE...

Thanks to this site for solving the mystery.  I added the number as a contact called "telemarketer" so I won't be curious each time they call anymore.  Needless to say, I'm not tempted to answer.

The company is Renewable Energy. Call them back. There is an option to have your number removed from their calling list. I did that today but it remains to be seen if they will actually remove it. We will see.

If you want them to stop calling, file a complaint with the Do Not Call registry. If the FTC receives enough complaints, maybe they will shut them down.

Calls 2 times per day, leaves no messages, and is silent when the call is answered.  I have had this situation before with another number and had reported a complaint to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)  with a list documenting days and times called.  The FCC actually investigated and prosecuted the offender.  So, file a FCC complaint!!!

I am getting the same thing the 2 tone noise after one ring and then it hangs up I am starting to get pissed cause they call 3 or 4 times a day and I have had it !!!!!! I am blocking the number from being able to call cause the min I see that dam number I am pissed for the rest of the day cause it frustrates me uuggg!!!!!!

WHO IS THIS???  VERY ANNOYING

7 calls in the past two days!! All hours this needs to stop!!

I ran this # thru the AZ ROC website. Belonged(s) to a Co in Queen Creek AZ called "Adobe West Construction" the liscense was revoked 10/23/08.

Called me 20 times over the past week no voice mails can't call back when I do answer they hang up!!! Disprupting my business on a daily basis

Federal Energy Rebate scam

We just got rang again by this stupid number.   answered and is was a fast beeping "disconnected" tone.    We live in Phoenix, wondering if others getting harassed are also local Phoenicians, or are people getting rang by this number in other parts of the country?

Hangs up when you answer.  Calls repeatedly.  Harassment.

This number has been calling numerous times every day until 8 at night. I call back, rings once, and get disconnected. How do we stop this??????????????????

i've been getting calls from this number for over a week, at least daily and no one answers. very frustrating.

CALLED ABOUT HOME OWNER TAX CREDIT OR SOMETHING... EITHER WAY NOT A CALL ANYONE WANTS TO ANSWER

I've called phone service and ask them to stop this call and give me the company's or person's name and they say they can't give me that information, so now I'm going to get a new phone company. I've blocked this number from coming in, but that works for a short while then they use a different number and it starts all over again. If I could get their name I could get their address and show up at their door and fix the problem.

Rude people. Called 6 times today. Annoying and intrusive... I do not care what they have to say, sell , etc.  especially at 9 pm!

This phone number has called me 6 times today. First of 5 calls no one was there. Last time at 9:00pm  (three mins ago) a lady is on the other end.  Rude people. Asked to be taken off her list and she laughed and said it was not a sales call.... what ever it is... they need to stop.

Just got another call from that number and answered it.  Man on the other end said his name was "Frank Martin" and he was with a renewable energy company.  "Save America Now".  I'd be interested in his schpeale if he was calling from a legitimate number.  But, as previously stated, the number - when dialed back - says it is out of service or not valid.  So...smells like a scam to me.
