Call APS first before agreeing to anything. They will provide you a list or link of approved vendors so you don't have to worry about unscrupulous companies.

I have received many calls from Arizona Green Initiatives @ 602-687-1410. Today, Saturday, I finally answered one.
Supposedly, they are somehow hooked up to the utility company (APS) and they tell me that I'm eligible for $5,100. to use towards any green improvements I choose. They made an appointment with me for next week to come out and tell me all the details. We'll see what happens. Are they casing my home for a future burglary? Not sure - but I will keep my 38 handy.

There is no such business as Arizona Green Initiative. These people call me 6 times a day, at all hours of the day. I do not answer my phone if I don't know who is calling. They never leave a message.

Got a call at 8:15 p.m. Man said his name was Howard and that he was from the Arizona Green Initiative
and he wanted to help lower my utility bills. When I told him I'm on the Do Not Call list he said "well goody for you" and hung up. I immediately called the number back and got a "please hold the line, all of our agents
are busy" recording and the option to leave a voice mail. No one ever came on the line.
