I got a call from this number and the woman with a thick accent tried to get me to identify myself and then said "this call may be monitored and recorded." When I asked her who she was calling from she said Transworld. I then hung up on her. Just another scam to get my person info.

Called and when I picked up a lady with a strong accent asked for me by first and last name.  Then she proceeded to ask for personal information and when I wouldn't provided it she said it was a business call and needed to transfer me.  The person that came on the line said she was calling on personal business and proceeded to give me the "this call may be recorded" line but also asked for personal information such as address, last name, etc.  I asked several times who was calling but they refused to tell me.   When I did not provide the personal information she rudely said "have a nice day" and hung up on me.

Same info as above-seems to be a "collections" outfit fishing for info (like RTM). Added number to Mr. Number app for hang-up without voicemail access in future.

I received the same call as Gina,I also hung up on the transfer.

I got a call from that same number, but didn't pick up this time, as I have gotten calls before from this same lady as you describe.

Yes, received a call from a lady (with an accent that I really couldn't understand) who first wanted to verify that it was me and then transferred me to another person where I was notified that this call maybe recorded.  At that point I hung up----believed it was a set-up to get my info etc.
