Computer generated voice offering to lower my interest rate on my Citimortgage.  Press 1 to complete the application, press 2 to be removed from the list.  Caller ID said Hydro Aluminum.

They call everyday, but today I called back to see who was actually calling. They did not say who they were. They thanked me for calling and said the call was about a mortgage loan modification. If it were from a mortgage company, they would say the person's name and the company they were calling from.

This # has called twice last week and already today...I don't answer #'s I don't know and they never leave a message..
I see where some of you have posted they say it's a mortgage modification company...I completed my mortgage modification months ago and during the entire modification process (18mths worth) only received 3 phone calls from the mortgage company...  They don't hunt you down to help you!!!  I promise!!!

Got a partially recorded message "your payments will be deferred until closing". It sounded like they recorded only part of the message on purpose just to get people to call back. Not very effective!!!!!

Equally annoyed here, but I've never stayed on long enough to get the options.

Getting unsolicited calls from 602 734-0148. It's from a mortage loan modification company. I have selected the prompt that indicates I want to be remove from their call list but they keep calling.
