Received a call from this number.  Knew my name and wanted to see me health supplements.  I hung up on them.

I just got a call from these people. I think they are ultimately trying to get credit cards, or credit card info. Don't give them any info. I don't think just your name and phone would be enough though.

It seems they took some time off between calls. I have updated my listing on the Do Not Call list for what good it does.

I also do not answer any calls from unknown numbers or 800#'s.  I did not answer the call from this number.  I do not know anyone that would have purchased a cell phone in Phoenix.

Just received a call, did not recognize number so did not answer. I am not sure how much helop the DNC list is, I am on it and still keep receiving these types of calls. Reporting them does not seem to slow them down any.

I've received three calls from this number on my cell phone in the last couple of weeks.  Unlike a hang-up call, it was completely dead each time I picked it up.  I waited for until the third call from this number to see if it might be just a dropped call before I recorded the number as "spam" on my cell phone call list. I can put five numbers in each slot:  spam 1, spam 2, etc., so I know when I see "spam" as caller, not to answer the phone, which saves me minutes, therefore $ spent, on my cell phone bill.  You won't know which spammer was calling except by going on line to your cell provider and looking there under time received for each call.  Then, if you are really anxious to pursue it, report them to your Attorney's General office.  You'll have the time/date record of each call and can see which are the most received.  Put your phone number on the National Do Not Call List and renew every three months.

I also get calls from this number several times a week and same thing they ask for me and then hang up or I answer and no one is there. Super annoying wish they'd lose my number

Called 08/31/2012  I did not answer.  Checked and it is from a cell phone purchased in Phoenix AZ.  From reading these posts it appears they want to know if anyone is home.  BE careful.. They may want to rob your house... do not answer so they are confused.  I do not answer any 800 #s on unfamiliar #s.  If you do not have it, the best investment you can make is caller ID.

i keep recieiving calls from this number asking for my husband then i ask who it is. then they hang up. i go to call back to who is it and its busy. what the hell dont call someone then hang up when a question is asked. ignorant damn people.

Have been receiving calls from this number for a couple of weeks.  When I've answered, no answer/response on the other end, & if I call the number back, it's busy.  What's REALLY going on???

Got a phone call from this number, ask for me by name when I said yes they hung up.  Called back several times line continuously  busy.  Who is behind these calls?  What purpose could these callers possibly be after.  UGH!!!

Received phone call from this # on my cell phone. Ask for my husband by name, (he has his own cell phone) and when I said this is not he, they hung up.  How RUDE !
