calls, hangs up, no speech

These people called and did not leave any message, when i returned the call, the phone rang and then it went busy

I have been getting calls from this number for quite sometime now.Does anyone know who these people are? I called back and got a busy signal after the phone rang for a little bit.

I have sent them a copy of my complaint to the FCC...hoping that will speed up to get them to stop calling!

These scum call all day every day...they used to call my cell phone too!  I've filed a complaint to the FCC with all their numbers they call from, they will not stop until you file complaints.

Please if everyone would take the time to file a complaint that only takes a few minutes they will be stopped and possibly fined.

Have received calls the last two days on my cell. Returned the call and line was bussy and when finally rang through, it just hung up on me upon a connection. How do we stop calls like this?

I received a call from this number today, but didn't answer it.  When I returned the call, it sounded like someone picked up and instantly disconnected the call.  Very strange.

called wouldnt answer numerous times finally answered and they hung up on me....

finally answered on day - was turnkey internet solutions - something about buying a company and having a website, they guy didn't know what he was explaining to me, I kept having to ask him to repeat himself.
