Telemarketer

Receive calls from this company about 4 times per month. They always leave a message as Grenich Associates and leave some reference number. Clearly a scam company, I never call them back.

I'm a receptionist and a Ryan Walker from Grenich (sp?) and Associates called my place of employment looking to speak to one of our executives.  We have already told other callers from this company that we are not interested.  When I told this caller that we are not interested he said he would call back at another time if the executive was busy.  I explained that we are not interested and that he doesn't need to call back and to please remove us from their list.  VERY ANNOYING.  Next time i will simply hang up.

Greenwhich associates is a market research company which means they are exempted from do not call lists. You are on the do not call list for telemarketers. They are two separate lists. if they call you back make sure you ask them to put you on their specific DNC list.

Received 5 calls in one week from this number from Tova, Roma, Sandy etc... wanting a call back "Reference *CB232" obviously a sales call...Grenich Associates?

This number called, left voice mail. Woman mumbled company name.  Left number and a "reference number" to use when calling back.  Called back at night to hear who the company is - no answer, no answering machine.

They called me and left a voice mail- i called back- they arent selling anything at all , they interviewed me on my banking relationships, didnt ask for any account numbers, they just want to see how banks are performing in general. I was able to let me voice be heard, im glad i called back.

This is a spam call.  They call and ask for the person who handles the banking infomation at the company.  They are doing some type of research or survey.

Received a call from Greenwich Associates with a 'case' number. Tom someone, I couldn't understand his last name. The DNC list apparently doesn't apply to them. We're reporting them to the appropriate authorities, not that I expect it to help. Caller ID was blocked, but the call back number was 877-534-9235.

Received a call "I'm calling from Greenwich Associates please contact us at your earliest convienince at 877 534 9235.." and also left a file number. Will not return the call.

Got call twice with no message other than to call with refernce number.

Caller identified herself as Sam Brown at Greenwich Associates.  Asked us to call back and reference case #3CB3163.

It's the second call this week where Topaz from Greenwich Assoc. want to discuss my relationship with my current banker and gives me a code to use when I call back....fat chance!!

Rec'd call via voice mail from Greenwich Associates.  Name of male caller was inaudible (he talked so fast I couldn't understand it).  Left a case #.

Just got a call from Sharon @ Greenwich (reference # L1468).  This is the first time they left a message.  They have called several times in the past month and have had me paged.  They were pretty rude to our receptionist and my assistant.  Will not be returning the call.

rec'd a call from a Sharon from Greenwich to call her at 877-534-9237 reference number L2725.

Just got a call from Sam Brown, at my office, asking me to return the call immediately and forward it to our payroll person. Did not return or forward call.

Also just got a message from a Sam Brown (she mentioned ref. CB11642).  Asked me to send a message to our Accounting Manager regarding her call.  Said she has called multiple times and hasn't gotten through to our Accounting Manager.  Not sure what this is about, but I assume it is some sort of survey.

Got a call from Granite Associates ...re: a banking eval, was told to return the call to Sam Brown also used a case number.

Got a call from Kevin Richardson, Greenwich Associates, "Ref 1B0595" whatever that might be. Didn't return the call. My number is of course on the do-not-call list.

Same call. Said the name of the company is Greenwich. The girl said the call is absolutely not a  sales call. Right.

Same thing, they want to do an important survey regarding our banking.  Wanted me to forward her number to the person that would make banking decisions.

Got a call from them...they left a message with my receptionist saying they wanted to do a banking evaluation.
