I am receiving phone calls from this number at 2:00-2:30 in the morning CST! I have a brand new baby and this is just unacceptable!  I noticed most of the posts on here are at least a year old so obviously the problem has not been solved!  

I just found this site on the internet and I want to say I am so sorry if anyone is receiving fax calls and you are not a physicians office.  My company Healthcare Networks of America is a Provider Network and we are set up to send out our physician credentialing faxes at night during lower rates.  If you are recieving calls it is because one of our doctors had your number listed as a fax number.

I cannot apologize enough for this inconvenience.  ANYONE that is having this problem PLEASE email me at Skrueger@hna-net.com and ask me to remove your phone number from the "fax list" or call our office at 877-315-3338 and speak with customer service and explain the situation.  I will send them an email about this thread right now.  Or you may call me directly my cell is 602-538-3864 (I will even understand if you call me at 2am and wake me up!)

Again I apologize for the inconvenience.  We strive very hard to answer our phones with a live voice and not be "that company" I will certainly strive to do better in the future.

Sherry Krueger works for Healthcare Network of America in Phoenix and the company does robocalls by computer to physicians.  I contacted her office and spoke to Donna on 1/5/12 there at 877-315-3338 and requested my mother's number be removed as she receives them in the middle of the night and is not connected in any way to the medical field.  Donna apologized and said she would have the number removed.  My mother did receive 3 calls on 1/6/12 so it hasn't been removed yet.  I will keep calling her until it is removed.  If we want this annoyance to stop we should all start calling her.

I received a call from Sherry Krueger 602-788-0830 at 2:58 AM this morning.  When answered it was just beeps, which I believe is a fax machine call.  I have been receiving "fax calls" from "Sherry Krueger" for several years from this number and from 602-788-0798, although it has been over a year since the last one.  Does anyone know how to stop these calls?

I got 4 calls from this number starting at 4:45 in the morning.  I actually answered the first one but no one was there.  The other 3 times went to voicemail and there was nothing there.

I just got 3 calls overnight.  It left voice mail of one beep, I had to go through and delete each one.

I get calls from this # all the time-mostly in the middle of the night!  When I pick up it's a fax line.  Sherry Krueger has a website so try emailing her.

I am getting telephone calls at 2.02 AM CST from number, 602-788-0830.. I know that this is a Qwest Land Line from Phoeniz, Az, and the two names that I can get are: James A. Smidt and Jeanette Smidt, 2620 E. Rose Garden Lane, St.2, Phoenix, Ar.... Since I am unable to recall this number without getting a busy number. I am filing a written complaint with the FCC.. This is the third time this party has called.. The first two times I traced them down via Qwest themselves and was told that my area was not their area... I am in Alabama...But maybe someone reading this will know who they are and can tell them to stop calling... and for the record, my number has been on the no call list... I am wide awake and MaD... was asleep... it's early AM here...

calls early morning or late at night.  no voice. just beeps. and when i try to call back its busy.  stop calling!!
