If you are called by a company with the name ORACLE PAYMENT SYSTEMS out of arizonia - - - beware. Look up reviews for the company called Axiom Merchant Services or Icon Payment Solutions. You will find that they are all the same exact company, run by the same person, committing the same scams. If you value you hard earned money you will not sign up with them. The owners name is Sean Mecham

Do you  know about anyone taking a stand and getting together, i know quiet a few people who still have not received their checks from this company and quiet a few people who want something done about it.

its because someone went along with it and set an appointment (three to keep your seat).   if you dont cheer for your teammates you get fired.  Give the analysts a break.. half of them are getting easy money (when they get paid) trying to finish college so they can make an "honest" living and  don't have to be like their scum bag bosses.


when anyone calls from Axiom asking from the owner just say I would like to speak to tina let her have an ear full; she knows whats going on.. the analysts just read from a script or (make up something that sounds legit)

the whole reason why they wont take you off their list is because "there isn't one"  they call every business that is listed on lycos.com or in super pages.

I am an ex-employee of Axiom Merchant Services / ICON payment solutions. I worked for the company for 7 months and found out that 99% of the negative things read online about them are true. They will trick you into a 4 year lease on equipment that you can purchase for $200-$300 online. They promise to let you out of the program with the 'Rate and Service guarantee' but they never do. They moment a customer starts being hard to deal with; they screen your call and never get back with you. In the meantime your business is getting charged for everything they screwed you with. Don't ever expect to get a buy-out check. They will promise to pay off your current contract by reimbursing you after you are active 30 days. They will never send it to you. They are not a 'wholesaler' they do not even handle the credit processing. If you look at the paperwork they have you sign, you will see company names such as: FTS, LFG, iPayment or another company. This is because they are another middle man and just take all the profit they can by charging you way more than you actually are paying now. The computer spreadsheet they use to show you "savings" is rigged to mislead business owners into thinking they will save when it fact they won't. The best advice is to stay away from this company at all cost.

BPS Worldwide called from 856-669-2139 regarding credit card processing. They were rude and refused to remove my # from their system when I told them this is a residence not a business. AT&T cannot/will not do anything about it as will (load of crap).

HI Debra,  I recommend you file a complaint with the District Attorney's office.  The more complaints they get, maybe they will do something.  I would like everyone who has had bad dealings with this company to contact the District Attorney.  We need them away from the public.

yes icon payment is or was pps and npmg. I worked for this company. They promised me a promotion and fired me the next week, not paying me for 3 weeks of work plus all of my sales. They are crooks and everything they tell you is a lie. Your account did not come up for review, you didn't qualify for anything. And they also ignore the calls of customers they believe to be difficult. They screen their incoming calls. They have you sign a contract that says they will pay your cancellation fee, then switch the contract on you and leave you with the balance to pay.

Google Icon Payment Solutions, Google CEO Sean Meacham, Sales Mgr Jon Cannon and you'll find dozens of websites 100's/1000's complaints of merchants being stolen bank info, forged signatures, false docs. Leasing Financial Group is the Scam backer with First Data being the cc platform. Contact the AZ attorney general and the local news stations if contacted or if you meet with a "salesman". Tell EVERY business owner you know to be on the lookout for them.

Good idea, and would stop the theft.  However, they will probably try to call and try to extort payments from you.  That is when a consumer attorney comes in.  When they contact you for any further money, you tell them no, and start logging any calls.  Then you turn the whole thing over to a consumer attorney and

Unfortunatly I didn't find this site before we signed up w/ICON. Their name say's it all.. ICON (as in; I am a con).

We should have run at the first inconsistancy, we signed up with them in August 2011 & took several months to get the fee's somewhat correct ... imagine we're still paying too much. Also...still waiting on the $500 they promised us for switching companies. I've tried contcting them over the last few days and can only get an answering machine or busy signal.The extensions I originally used (from August 2011) are now no longer valid extensions...

SO... what would happen if we just closed our checking account and went with a new credit card company under a new DDA.

I just set them to go directly to voicemail.. If your phone doesnt block callers you need to get a new phone. They do bug though and I do wish the laws were more strictly enforced on cold calling.
