keep getting calls from this number

They called me today from 602 393 1324.  No answer when I tried to call tonight, let it ring for over 3 minutes.

I'm reporting them to the FTC for violating the Do Not Call law.

Really professional...

I had worked for said company for 2 days and I began listening to other reps on the phone as the referred to the carpet cleaning(or other promotional item) as a gift. On that date of my hiring I had to sign a contract saying that I COULD NOT refer to the promo as a gift. Not only were the other reps calling it a gift but so were the managers. I knew something fishy was going on and could not continue working for them something in my gut told me there was something wrong. I had no idea how they actually treated the "potential customers" after I set the appointments. I thank you all for confirming my suspicions that something there was wrong.

I knw about kirbys and I know how they are sold. I purchased mined and I love it...well worth 2000...and marvin which ?ª§ the salesman ?ª§ great!!!! I have nothing  bad to say about the company other then they should have been a little more specific about what ?ª§ going on over the phone..

They continue to call and lie. I have decided that the Attorney General needs to be informed of this company. They deal drugs in the office and threaten people with force if you do not comply. I will be launching a civil suit from past employess and see how many convicted child molesters fall from the tree. Good Luck Rhino Kirby West. Next Stop will be the news. Received a call from M Miller - 602-973-8038 - (that's what my caller ID stated) Rep on the line's name was Crystal. She said she was with Rhino West. (who?????)  She said that we were enterered into a drawing for food and gas (no alcohol or cigarettes - or something like that) - if she thought that might make it sound like a more ligit call, think again.....
I asked what drawing? She said it was random from our phone number - hmmmm....we aren't listed.  Anyway, she stated that even if we don't win the "drawing" we did win 2 rooms of carpet cleaning. At this point I was suspect and told her to please give our "entry" to the drawing and  2 free rooms of carpet cleaning to someone else.  At this, she was quite annoyed and told me that was not possible, that the "drawing" was in our name. I asked her again what company she was with and what phone number I could reach her at.  She got rather rude, asked me WHY I WOULD NEED THE NAME AND NUMBER - I told her so I could get back to her to schedule the cleaning if I was interested.  At this time, she repeated the company name and provided the number: 602-841-2819 and hung up the phone. Way to go! Nice scam........

The Rhino-Kirby West Company called last night.  Same story as I've read; $1,000 entry for two rooms.  I only needed my living rm. cleaned and asked about my sofa.  She said that would be fine.  Before my 3 PM appt. today thought I'd check there business online.
THANK YOU ALL for enlightening me.  She of course said there was no catch, they'd be in and out in an hour.  My gut told me to check online; there's nothing for free in this world - especially a company over the phone.  

My gut or intuition is usually right; but if I hadn't checked... who knows what damage they'd do!   And why would I have to vacuum before they arrive!

Rhino Kirby West - called me and said they would come and clean 2 rooms for free, just to give my opinion of their product and word of mouth advertising(sounded to good to be true)..I told them I don't want to be pressured into buying anything and she (forgot her name)said there would be no pressuring at all, they only want my opinion on their product...so, I made an apointment for July 11th. between 2 & 3.  No-one was here by 3:15 so I called the number that was previously given on my answering machine (1-602-841-2819,Pheonix,Arizona number), the lady said the driver was running late and could they extend my appointment to 3-4,I said yes. During the converstions with this company from the first call to the last, they asked me if I was single, did I own or rent, what was my income range..I answered those questions and kinda knew in my head they would never show up, but played along anyway(i needed my carpet cleaned). At 4:30, I called to find out where they where and was told the driver broke down and they are trying to get him towed, and I could not re-schedule because that day (Saturday, July11th.) was their last day in my area (California)...RIP-OFF???..never got that far!! But, reading ubove comments sounded really familiar!!

I worked there 2 months. Worked 12+ hrs a day. Employee's pay for their own gas, food, and they even make us pay for their lousy gifts. If we arrive at a house were the owner is obviously poor, we give them a knife or tupperware set. We practice our fake phone call, and stay 'postive'. In my expirence the machine is good, not $2K good, but it does the job, HOWEVER, i left on bad terms, they host giveaways for emloyee performences, i was denied to even enter after the owner Don lied to me about my sales.
It no secret this company has a bad reputation, and there is a resason.

A kirby is a good machine, but dont but it with RKW.

BTE salesman and phone people are usually as pist at the sompany as you.

They came to your house in New Mexico? This is obviously a post by someone currently working with Danal Burkhardt and his lying cheating sales crew.

Allow me to shed some light on this.  This guy ?Donald Burkhardt? is a real gem.  Actually; he?s a jerk as you can tell by his replies.

The phone call is to schedule an appointment to Sell you a Kirby Vacuum cleaner.  They never tell you that.

Oh and ?Mr. Miller? does not even exist!!! It is another one of their tools they use to try and pressure you into buying the vacuum. Its is all a lie; they spend an hour or two trying to sell it then if you don?t buy they call ?Mr. Miller? and pretend to be asking for a special onetime deal.  They do this over and over until you say yes or kick them out of your house. They continue to do this and keep reducing the price until it is less than half of the original quote.  The Fake Mr. Miller is supposed to be sympathetic to the salesman who is trying to win a contest.  What a Crock!

Bottom line, Don?t let them in your house, don?t schedule an appointment and don?t even be polite to them as they have no respect for the customer at all.

Rhino West called me on a Sunday night.  Said I was entered in $1000 gas giveaway & they wanted to show me their service as a "word-of-mouth" way of advertising, they would clean 2 pieces of furniture.  I was caught off guard and agreed - until my friend told me it was a scam.  Now I want to cancel - but the phone number she called from won't accept calls.  Phone number called from was 602-973-8098 - name on callerID: M Miller.

They came to my house a little late also but boy am I glad they came. They got dog hair out of my carpet from the people that lived here before ME!!
It was disgusting to know my orek could not even pick up dirt on top of the carpet. I have had my kirby for 2 weeks and you could not get it away from me if it was my last possesion. And they even shampooed my whole house at no extra charge just for a couple cans of food for their homeless food drive. Glad they came!!!

I just got called ON THE FOURTH OF JULY in GILBERT, AZ 85297 from this Rhino West company. They claimed they drew a woman's name from the drawing.. but she doesn't live in my house or at my phone number I've had for 2 1/2 years... I said sure, clean my 2 rooms but I am in a new job AND BROKE and won't buy anything at all period. My wife and I agreed we'd be around Saturday 07/05/08 anyway in the morning. They first tried to get an 8-hour appt. Yeah right. Then promised to be at our house at 10am. At 9:30am I got a call from the rep that he was running late and would be at my house at 11pm, 1 hour late. I said okay. 1 hour and 45 minutes later a manager called me apologizing..sayng the rep's car broke down and wanted to reschedule. Thanks to this and other forums on Rhino West I'm calling to cancel this "2nd" appt immediately tomorrow morning.

ITS A CON JOB!!! THEY SEND A VACCUM REP WHO DOES SEVERAL THINGS TO YOUR PERSONAL VACUUM CLEANER. THE MAIN TEST THAT RUINED MY NEW BISSELL VACUUM WAS WHEN SALES PERSON DUMPED  HALF A CONTAINER OF MORTEN'S SALT ON MY FLOOR THEN USED MY PERSONAL VACCUM TO VACUUM IT UP!!!

THEN THEY SHOW U HOW POWERFUL THEIR 2,000 VACCUM IS.  THE ORIGINAL CALL WAS FOR THEM TO COME AND CLEAN A PEICE OF FURNITURE FOR FREE!!! LIARS! WENT TO TALK TO OWNER OF CALL CENTER. HE WAS RUDE AND TRIED TO PAWN OFF SOME OLD VACCUMS THAT THEY TOOK FROM PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS AFTER THE SALE OF ONE OF THEIR 2,000 VACCUMS.

REceived a call from Marketing Rep from Rhino Kirby West - was told it wasn't a sales call-strictly a "product marketing" call. They were entering us in a drawing and wanted to provide "free" carpet cleaning of 2 rooms -- to see what we thought of their product. She called from "602-841-2819" and I asked for number to call her back ... and she gave me the company number - above. This is an Arizona phone number - and we're in New Mexico ... so it appears they are expanding their product marketing to New Mexico.
