I got the same thing. It is a company hired by Security System Companies, Coupon Companies, etc. to try and get your business. Just ignore it and don't call back.

Just bought a house in Mesa and got this same card as the others. Figure it's a scam and getting our information from the state or realtors selling our names and address..not going to respond since reading all the information on this company.

I called 3 times and got hung up on 3 times, before I figured I better search the number. Didn't actually talk to anybody. Seems like total BS to me.

I closed on a house in Phoenix a week ago as well and got the same card with the same handwritten information and numbers. They never even knocked or rang the door bell when dropping off the card.

I too Closed on house in Queen Creek last week, got "1st attempt" notice today April 27th. My numbers were as follows :-
602 926 1638 Phoenix
and
520 350 9571 Tucson
Delivered by Compass with some handwritten tracking codes at the lower left corner with my family name and initial on top, only the number of my new house was there second line under my name, date was on first line.
I was out all day long, when I came back, seen this card with the numbers above.
Called those numbers 4 times, left on hold for almost 5 minutes each time.

Guy never even rang the bell, I only got up because I heard the dogs barking, looked through the window and the guy was leaving... checked the door and seen this card with the numbers above.
