Do not trust these people. I fell for their scam and it cost me 600 dollars.

Will not stop calling. I called to request to be removed from calling list, and "manager" rudely insisted that they are not calling my number and asking for me directly! These idiots keep calling me and it is obviously a scam.  They try to sell extension cords, first aid kits, etc.  Stuff that I can get at my local Lowes or Home Depot.  Sounds like all they want is my credit card number or bank account info to suck me dry.  They are rude and I got angery and used a few foul words and they were quick to say they would hunt me down and kick my a**.  They also said rude things about my mother.  Really, guys do you think I have "stupid" written on my forehead?  Don't think so.

Extremely rude telemarketer, Eon Hurst with Cal-Pacific.  You just can't get him to go away.  He's rude, abusive, and vulger.

These a***s have been calling me since 2005 about once a month.  I have never bought anything but they never get the hint.  The caller at one point had a melt down after I wasted 20 minutes of his time and the call ended with him screaming at me and putting down my mother.  Very comical to say the least.  Called me back in a month like we were best mates again.  Never do business with ever, ever , ever.

I have been called 6 times by these guys wanting me to buy my oainting supplies from them. One called me an f--king p**sy. The other told me he would like to smash my face in with a hammer. They have had the same number twice and the other times it is unknown. I run a small business and don't have time for this kind of crap.

Wow I cannot believe that people are so low.  I did not have that kind of verbal experience with them.  But a lady named Marlisa called and said she had to talk to the owner and could not tell me where she was calling from but it was very important information she had to talk to him about and requested me to give out the owners cell number.  NOT NEVER GIVE OUT THE OWNER OF THE BUIZ'S!!!!!EVER!!!!  I said call me back in five and I will see if he needs to talk to you.  She did and I told her that he has never heard of her and if you are not going to tell where you are calling from I cannot help you.  Then she was suddenly full of info.  We bough parts from Cal Pacific in 2006 and here it is two years later and these people call almost every week.  Its rediculous!!!

I just recieved a phone call today, 6/24/08, from a "Steve" with a CalPac, who after I did not allow him to talk to our President, asked him if it was soliciting, which he blatantly lied about, and then asked if he would remove us from his call list, he blatantly said, and i quote, "Grow some f****ng balls you p**sy." - wow .... This company will be forever stricken by myself, friends, family, associates, and am spreading the word through emails to all my contacts

1st called we recieved the guy ask who was in charge of buying the supplies for our company? I told him we do not buy over the phone and we our on a no call list,he then became very rude and said their is no such thing,i told him oh yes there is and he is going to be reported and i hang up. Then a week later the same number called back this time my husband answered the phone The guy said he was from some some company and asked him what size of diamond blades he uses for his brick saw? my husband ask him ,How did you get this number? He said rudely:I'm asking the questions here? Then my husband hang up on him .called the number back and got this next student loan service recording,I'm like everyone else i think its a scam and they need to be stopped!!!

Same thing. Cal Pacific, double shipment, blah blah blah. When I asked him to remove me from his call list, he said "this will only take a second" and started talking. I hung up, but was sorry I did. I usually put people like this on speaker and let them talk as long as they want, but don't respond when they ask questions, or I ask them to repeat what they said. When I can stand the noise and keep working, I'll waste as much of their time as I possibly can. Maybe I can at least save one person from getting their call and cost them a couple of cents on their phone bill.

Guy states he's with California Construction but phone number is with Next student also. Same scenario as Ivctoria got on 5/13/08. Naturally there are plenty of companies names California Construction so there seems to be no way to track them down and they won't give any other information.  Is there some way we can forward the call to the police department when they call?

Rude man called our business phone at 9:45 pm Mountain Time. Asked for my husband. I told him he was not in and he said he would call back. I told him not to, but he said he would anyway. I said if he called again I would report him to the Do Not Call list, to which he replied "There is no such list." I told him to call again and we would find out. I then called the number on Caller ID back, and a pleasant young woman answered and informed me that it was some type of construction supply company that was calling and being incredibly rude to people. She took my name and number and said that Next Student was investigating these types of calls. I guess I am naive, but I didn't know that you could have someone else's number show up on Caller ID when calling from your phone. And, the caller has nothing to lose since Next Student would get blamed for the calls, not his company.

Extremely rude, has been calling us at the office and on the owners cell phone for 1-1/2 years.  Eon Hurst (if that's his real name)with Cal-Pacific has called from several different phone #'s.  As soon as we get familiar with the phone # it changes. I know from previous telecommunication experience that with a digital phone system you can change your own caller id display anytime you want. How do you get rid of animal's like this?  He even told me that he know's the law states that he can call a business phone # up to 70 times a day before it is concidered harrassment.  What do you do??????

followup information:  the guy was so rude that I called back the number on the caller ID.  According to the nice woman that answered (at NextStudent Student loans--perhaps not the most upright organization out there, but at least the lady was polite), this company CalPac (California Pacific Construction) has been spoofing their number on the caller ID, and being very rude to people, cursing them out, etc.  Supposedly the loan company is dealing with the issue.

Received a call from this # on my business cell 3 days ago. Don't know what their game is because I sent it straight to voicemail. I did do a reverse lookup on whitepages dot com and found that the # belongs to an outfit called Nextstudent Inc, some kind of loan company that seems to specialixe in student loans. Their web sit is nextstudent.com Their address is 19601 N Blackcanyon Hwy in Phoenix, AZ 85027-4107. no doubt they are just another nest of scumbag telemarketers, or maybe just running a scam. Who knows? a nusance is by any other name is still a s**t eater.
