have received several harassing calls from this number, repeatedly informed them that I am on the DO NOT CALL list and asked to be taken off their list, as soon as I start to try to say it they slam the phone down.

Caller ID showed Mike Jones. Didn't answer.

I received a call from this number. Caller identified herself as "Rachel at CardHolder Services." She offered to lower my credit card rate. Obviously a scam. Do not give them any information.

This company has called me a few times. I've pressed the button to have my number removed at least twice. Today they called and the only option was to press 9 to speak to an operator. I pressed 9, a woman asked if I was interested in lowering my interest rates. I said no, I wanted to be removed. She said, "So you have no credit cards?" I said, "That is none of your business." She said, "If it's none of my business, why did you choose the option to hear more?" I told her it was the only option, and she needed to remove my name. She got mad at me for telling her it was none of her business and proceeded to complain about how stressful her job is. I told her possibly she should look for a job with a reputable company.

I told her the appropriate response when I ask to have my name removed, for the third time, is to do it, not to ask me about my personal finances. She proceeded to complain more about her job and finally told me I couldn't request to have my name removed. I said that was completely NOT true and she said "Well, I don't have any control over the list anyway." I told her she was then working for a company involved in illegal practices (not removing your name when asked) and she still refused to do anything to help. At this point, I was finally angry, told her to get a real job, and hung up.

She said it was my bank calling me - how is that possible since she didn't even know if I had a credit card (I don't) or what bank I am with?

I own a small pizzeria, just got a call from this number. The guy seemed fishy. He said he was able to lower our credit card processing interest rates. I obliged, and he was extremely pushy. That and the quality of the phone call was pretty terrible. Sounded like a cell phone. That AND his caller ID said "Mike Jones"??? Pretty weird.

Got a call from this number with caller ID "Henry Family". Didn't answer.

I have now received two phone calls wanting to know information about us.  The first time a girl said we clicked on their company online, but we did no such thing.  There is no such company called Wendy Gann & Associates as she identified.  When I asked for her number, she said she cannot give that out.  We feel we are being harassed.
