they call me every day sometimes twice.  what a bunch of crap our fcc or bbc or and government agency doesn't care to put these scammers away. the people need to flood our representatives about these criminals. don't just blog write a letter and get something done.  i am writing senator tim johnson. our economy is bad and gonna get worse.  that means everywhere we have to watch out because scammers come out in groves when the money is scarce.

Robo call to my cell phone!!  Something about an offer to help reduce the interest rate on my credit card.   Grrrrr!!!  Will report this unauthorized caller to the FCC and hope they fine them.  It is illegal for companies to call your cell phone -- especially with robo calls.

They call my prepaid cell phone, leave a recorded message on my voicemail; claim to be an answering service, or a phone number directory. I hate this, because it takes away my mins, time, and my money!

saying they can lower interest rates, asked who I have cards with-I got really suspicious, then they asked for the number for Citibank customer service, i said no, they said Oh yeah, i guess we have it.  i hung up.  scam.

The caller id for this number says IXE whatever that means, they dont ever leave a message and called my cell number too

Just tried to call them back and got a message saying that I got the call by accident and that they are only allowed to call business phones

I got a call from "Rachael at Card Services (603) 214-3316.  telling me that they can lower my interest rates. Once I asked the Rep. what their name was they hung up the phone. This is a Phishing scam to get your personal information...

Definitely a scam to get your credit card information.

I just reported the several phone calls that I have received from this company on my wireless phone through the FCC.  You should too, especially if you receive calls like this on your cell phone.  It is illegal for telemarketers to contact cell phones.

i asked to speak to a manager and she strait up said no i can't and hung up on me. im a telemarketer and that is wrong to do to people. i hope they get fined!!!

This is a robo-call with a recording from "Rachel" about credit cards. I tracked this number to Freedom Ring Communications, Errol, NH. We were getting these same irritating "Rachel" calls through 909-842-8111 and 909-214-3316, which were registered to Digitcom Services in California. I've asked to be taken off the call lists and blocked these numbers. I've also tried telling this company to take our number off the calling list - usually they hang up or say they'll report it without getting any information. This credit card company keeps switching its originating calling numbers.

I got a call from the same number.  The caller identified the company as Mutual Consolidated Savings which is a debt consolidation company.  She claims they can reduce all of my credit card interest rates to 6.9% with no cost to me.  She said they make their money from the credit card companies but couldn't explain why a credit card company would pay someone else to reduce their income.

Accelerated Financial Services. I think it has something to do with debt consolidation or something of the sort.
