I have had these people call my personal phone twice and also my job three times. When I called back the original number given would not connect, or I could not leave a message. That through up a huge flag, When I received this call yesterday I called the number 679-233-2222 back (which was left on my VM) and that call could not complete. So I call back the 707-317-1427 number and was only permitted to leave a message. I have call my local law enforcement agency and also the Fairfield police department and nothing can be done. I left a message for these people saying pick a lawyer I have three and to bring whatever people they want to my home. Guess we will see what occurs next,

i had the same type of call as jim i have never Never had nor asked for a payday loan ! and they called me ...saying they are going to have someone pick me up in am for court  i asked my mom to talk to them and my lawyer also.. and as soon as i said lawyer they hung up ... tryed calling back 707 number it says the person is on the phone! so i called the 678-233-1299 number and tryed telling them its a scam and i never had anything like that! i said im calling the FTC, ON THEM AND STATE LOCAL LAW he said take it up with the courts and hung up..

its all a big scam!!!!

They called me at my work and said horrible words to me because I didnt want to give out my ssn#

They say you have bad checks outstanding to scare you. Then they will say you have a payday loan that you never paid and that it is the same thing as having a bad check. NOT true. I paid all my payday loans. I took three out in the past and paid all three off. I have had about 3 calls and they say I owe them. I tell them that they need to give me documentation, that I owe this debt and that it is not a fraudulent collection. Also they say that they will be sending agents to your house at 9am and you have to go to court.
The next message left said call or have your atty. call and if you dont beware of the wrath that is coming down on you.....

Hmm some phone bank scam in India..

I called the number back 678-233-1299 and 707-317-1427  and told them I was reporting to the FTC, State AG and local Law.. I got a swift reply of "DO WHAT YOU WANT WE DON'T CARE".

This idiot is leaving me messages that the issue on hand is extremely time sensitive and failure to answer his calls will result in the police coming to my house and paying a $10,000 fine. Tell him that you are at your local FBI field office and he will hang up and never bother you again.

I too got a call from this number. Said something about getting a hold of my lawyer.

I got a call from this number too saying I have to get a hold of my lawyer and take care of (something I did not understand) If I dont call them back they wish me nothing but good luck (he said it in a very negitive way) What then heck is this all about?

I recieved a phone call from this number saying that there is a legal battle with my SS# and that I need to take care of it immediately. They ask for my Lawyer information because they said it is a Law Firm. His name is Max Morris
