I have received numberous messages on my office phone from someone stating we spoke previously and I should call back to discuss debt consolidation.  My caller id shows this number although their message tells me to call 866-259-7016.  I called 6 times this morning to ask them to remove my number from their call lists and each time I was hung up on.  How can I make them stop?

For the past month or two I have received several calls a day from this number.  I also am hung up on whenever I try to speak to a person.  I have told them I shall report them... it doesn't stop..  Grrrr

I have had it! These people call everyday...sometimes at 7:30-8am (Kansas time) in the morning on a Saturday and Sunday! That has to be illegal! They do not even speak very well English which pisses me off to even try to understand them. But I tell you...they cuss perfect English! I asked how they got my info and demanded the company information and they cussed me out, called me a stupid b**ch and hung up@! I have tried to block the many many numbers they call from, but AT&T that I have as my home provider sucks and says they are a legal number. So now what? I have even had some calls from other companies about 'car warranties' calling my cell phone. Its a prepaid and that just burns my minutes. How do these companies get our numbers and how can we stop our phone companies from selling them if its them? AHHHHHHHH!

They keep calling they say the same thing to everyone that you have called them before which is lies because I just got this number about 2 months ago and I never gave it to a debt solutions place I would never even use such service! Why in the world would they even think I've got debit? and that I need help with my debit? People with no debit are getting these calls as well! I've blocked there number and they called me back from a San Jose, Ca number which I deleted from my caller ID and blocked then they called me from 714-682-8393 under the name debt solutions then I blocked it and now they are calling me from 603-214-3506 under the name Health Assoc. They are scammers! The law should put a stop to them Fine them something we are getting harassed it is so annoying!!!!!!

I have been getting calls from these jerks since we got our new house phone about 3 months ago. They call from @ least 2 different phone #s. Me and my husband have never had a house phone before and a week after we got this one they start calling us saying the same thing they have to all of you, that they spoke to us before and we qualify for there debt consolidation program. WE HAVE NO DEBT and its really getting frustrating!!!! I finally played it off like and did have 15,000 debt and was able to speak to someone who could speak english and after a min of talking to her I asked if I could just be taken off there calling list that i had changed my mind about using there services and i was imediately transfered back to the lady who u normally cant understand but as she cused me out i heard her loud and clear. she called me a fu*@ing liar and a stupid b*&ch and told me im bull sh@*! over and over. I was like "excuse me!!" and said some other things back and she just kept saying those things and then hung up! Iam sick of it and that was the last straw for me. no one i dont know needs to talk to me like that! I want it to stop but dont know how! I will have to try the suggestions you all gave!

Says his name is John Stevens lol, I push 1 and ask to speak to John Stevens leaves the person on the other end dumb founded, they usually hang up on me however one guy actually told me he wasn't in the office, I aske dfor his voice mail lol, then he hung up.  OK fun over I am receptionist and we have approx 15 lines these jerks can call in on.  how do we stop this????

John Stevens toll free number is 866-216-0842.  Called it to get removed and they just hung up.  After a few times you can tell the operator's voices so it is a small boiler room operation.  Just keep calling (hey it's toll free and costs them everytime you call :)  After 20+ calls (isn't redial great) while watching a movie they got annoyed and actually talked to me.  Took down my number and said they'd remove it.  We'll see.  

More fun is to have your fax machine call them.  Most fax machines will redial several times until the fax goes through and best of all the telemarketers will hear a fax squeal so they know's what's happening.  Seems fair to me.  Why not tie up their lines and annoy them for a change?

I called back several times to get a question or two answered.  The machine that called me told me that I had talked to them before, that at that time I did not qualify for their services, but that now their records indicated that I did.  I could not remember ever talking to them before and was sincerely hoping they did not have a file on me.  I was just trying to understand this situation and kept getting hung up on.  I kept calling back until I could actually speak to a person and have my questions answered.  Eventually, I was just being abused by whoever answered the phone using expletives and inappropriate sexual references.  I would really like to call someone about his...I am completely appalled by the language of a supposedly professional organization.  I would really like to see them out of business.

They called to ask me if I wanted to reduce my debt but when I called back, they asked if I wanted to speak to a rep about reducing my debt.  When i told him to remove my number since it was my work number, they hung up,

Rcvd a call from this number to reduce a debt & we are a hospital.  Called twice and asked to speak to a manager, both times hung up on or told they were in meetings.  In back ground heard people laughing and asked if they were having a party, then laughter immediatly stopped.

Just got a call from these people. CID state Health Associates. Starts out as a recording that sounds like a live guy saying they received information that we want some help getting out of debt. I kept trying to interrupt him and he kept going before I realized it was just a recording. It only gave the option to press 1 to talk to a live agent who answered, "Would you like some help getting out of debt?" to which I replied, "I don't have any debt please put me on--" and she hung up.

If you call them back about 20 times I like did they start to get annoyed with you and hanging up. So please fell free to call the number back since they wont take our numbers off the call list. 1-603-214-3506

hello! I work for a business that keeps getting these calls. It's harassment. I called back 7 times and FINALLY got someone to take all my numbers off. I am starting a complaint to the better business bureau against them, if anyone can/wants to turn this into a class action lawsuit please contact me at caddyshack0777@gmail.com. It is a violation of our rights to not be given the option to be taken off their calling lists. I am angry - and VERY defensive of my rights....at least the ones that are left due to people like these! ;)

They called here with a recording of a man by the name of John offering "debt solutions". I hung up after I took down enough information to make an entry.

They show up as "Health Assoc." in an attempt to mislead people into what they are, but don't be fooled. They're solicitors through and through.

I get frequent unsolicited phone calls to my office work number.  I've tried calling twice to ask for calls to stop, I get hung up on.  Calls are unsolicited and false in pretense.  I would just like them to stop!!!!
This goes back to last spring, so I've had enough patience, now looking for relief.  They are always computer messages, sometime with a man's voice, sometimes a women's.

They call me just about daily, too. They have a message that says it's ___ from Debt Solutions, it sounds like a real person until you realize it's a message. I always press 1 and tell them different things- I've told them multiple times to stop calling, they just  hang up. I'm ON the DNC list, but they are scum, nuisances and don't care. I did ask the lady one time if she knew Jesus, she hung up. I hate these types of companies, they shouldn't be allowed to do this. It's irritating and they will NOT remove you from their list!I'm thinking next time I'll say yes and go through a bunch of bs info with them and think the y're making a sale.

I Call these rude a** people back and ask them kindly to have us removed from there call list and they just keep hanging up on me. Even when you ask to talk to a supervisor they hang up you. Our company has no debt and these people do not need to be calling us at all. Simply waste of time. How do we stop these people!

I too received a call from 603-214-3506. Caller ID Health Assoc. No Message. I suspect another telemarketer...

They call daily... I called the first time and they asked if I wanted to lower my debt. I said no I'm getting daily calls, and would like to be placed on your do not call list. The guy stopped talking, I thought he hung up. I said I hope if you have a quality assurance team they hear this and fire you for your lack of professionalism. Then I heard him click off the line.

I called back min. later and got the same guy. I said I was just hung up on, and all I want it this company to stop calling me. He said okay we'll stop... I said do you even have my number pulled up? He recited it to me and hung up.

EVEN IF I NEEDED debt help... IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM would I EVER use a company that has ill mannered disrespectful representatives. I also would NEVER use a company that allows it's people to solicit the same number daily or weekly. Fine call once try me...  If I don't answer don't call back tomorrow. Or take it as a hint. Don't harass me daily.

They started calling our number as soon as we got it turned on. A guy and a woman have both been recorded on the answering machine saying"we have looked over your file and we want to help you and your debts". I was like who the hell is that. I dont know these people. They call my number atleast once a day I have picked up the phone just to get a rude lady to hang up on me. This is crazy what they are doing. I have even got a call from them as early as 5am.

They keep hanging up on me, when I asked to be removed from their calling list and I do not have any debts to pay off.

Calls here all the time too. Thank god I am at work when they call me. If they start calling me after a long day at my pharmacy, I am likely to go to New Hampshire and kick some a**. I called about 30 times trying to get my number taken off the  list. BTW they have no supervisor and they say hang on while they connect you to someone who can take your phone number off the list, thank goodness they dont say hold your breath ... I am filing with the complaint number listed on the second page. I would advise everyone else to do the same!
