This telephone number belongs to a telemarketing company, who sells the leads that they generate to several different companies. They operate out of the country, likely in India. They market for several different industries including tax settlement, loan modifications, and several others. The companies all you people have listed below are nothing more than victims of these organizations as well.

Yea, I received a call back on the 1st of August. On my caller ID it showed the wording "settlement message". I answered and talked to someone I believe she said her name was Vicky. She talked to me for about 5 min. and then transferred me to someone named Dan. All he was doing was prying into my business without providing a remedy on taxes. A big fraud.

I use a VoIP phone system, and they allow me to go online and block callers.  About once every couple of weeks I look at the call log on my phone for numbers that mean nothing to me, then I go online and block them.  It's a guaranteed fix.

The name of the company spamming all of you is Nelson Gamble and Associates. I pressed 1 and told them what they needed to hear to give me this information rather than hanging up on me. Google "Robo call complaint" and then file a complaint with the FTC against them They are breaking the law in multiple ways.

There is no point in writing a review for that company because they are not responsible for the calls.  They are, however, willing to help stop the calls and have said so on these message boards.  If you would just call the number you would do a more good for yourself.  Unless you'd rather sit and complain, then you can't be helped.

It doesn't work. In fact the calls come more frequently. When you block the number, another number begins to call you with the same message when called back. I am up to 6 different harrassing phone calls. When you answer no one responds, when you call back a recording offers to add you to the do not call list, which is obviously bogus. I have reported all of the numbers but I've yet to find a way to block them completely.

Some nonsense about debt elimination and a whole lot of bs about federally regulated programs. Had an opt out but I dialed through and asked the w**ker why he doesn't just steal purses from old ladies since it's essentially the same thing he's doing now.

called my personal cell phone, i live in WA area code (509) and some guy was on the other line. i picked up my phone all cheery "hello!" (guy on other line) "uhhh" (me) "hello?!" (guy hangs up)

Got the 3662# on my cell. Didn't get to answer. No message. On 8/2/11.

Just got a call from this number offering to place my business on Google's local business director (which it's already on).  Called back as advised in this thread and reached a message to press 1 to be put on their Do Not Call list.  My number is already on the national Do Not Call list, so I'm not expecting results.  The voice mail message I reached was nearly unintelligible -- if I hadn't read the advice here it would have been tough to tell what it was saying.  We'll see if it works.

I get a call from this number every day 10 to 15 times. I've tried eveything under the sun (including calling so i could opt out) and I can't shake these god forsaken entities. Who would like to shed some light on my situation... what have you done to finally stop the predators?

Received call from this number.  recording identified them as google local directory asking if we wanted to be in the local on line directory.   Had choices to push buttons thinking I'd get a human.

Did you say your name?  I am wondering if they are having people say "Luke Emery here, who is this?"  I don't answer the phone like that, I just say "Who's this?"  So I am curious of you did the same.  See if it is phishing.

Just got a call from this number. A male answered with hello and I asked who is was and there was no response. Dead silence, though he did not hang up. What a creep.

I received several calls from the person.  No message and when I answer they say hello and hang up.

Left a message stating they could help lower credit card debt despite the fact we don't own any....

I got a call from 603 214-3662 that said they were "...Google Local Search Directory. If you would like to be listed in local search results press 1. Then hold while you are connected to a live representative."
Of course, they hung up. I now wonder what they will do with the dialed response they got from me.

Came up as "Settlement Mesg" on my CallerID.  Same thing as others said about a guy saying "Uh, hi" then disconnecting.
