hung up on me when i asked how many "last chances" i get to lower my cc rates

Caller iD says "Card Services"  This is the recorded scam "offering" lower rates on your unspecified credit card.  at best it is a phishing scam to get personal information and credit card numbers.

Received call last night.  Hung up on answering machine.  Caller ID said "Card Services"

Credit Card Services is who left a message from this number with lower interest rates.  Tried to call back and says call cannot be completed as dialed.

Just got a call from this number and part of the message came over voice mail.  The Do Not Call Registry is so out of date.

Tuesday November 13, 2012 7:47 A.M. phone started ringing from Errol of NH 603-214-3675. Decided to let it go to recorder, but nothing was recorded...Errol hanged up! At 8:00 A.M. we are trying to calling Errol(?) back,but we get this message:  "We're sorry your call did not go through. Please try your call later."

Keep getting calls from this number but can't return - keep getting no one is available at this number?  Must be a marketing call.

this company calls every day from a differant state number so what can i do there no call does not work.

Got a call from this number. It was a collection agency and they provided an 800 number to call them back. I'm surprised that they left a message, it was automated however.

same annoying call as yesterday.

I'm quite sure this would be hard to police and it makes the do not call list a bit useless.  I am certain, however, that whoever issued the number (AT&T, Verizon, etc.) knows exactly who this is and their call volume would certainly conspicuous so why not go after these pests from that side rather than the farcical do not call list.  Is anybody actually paying any attention?

Keeps calling and no message...when i call back it says the number doesnt exist!!!  yea right...very annoying...

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

I answered and it is one of those lower your credit card scams.  If you ask for a supervisor they hang up on you and if you call the number back it says it is disconnected or out of service.  The calls are most likely being place on a VOIP automated service and if you press 1 to get someone then it is transferred to a landline or cel phone.  Anyway you put it they are breaking about 4 federal laws.  I wish there was a way to track the number and report these pepole.  The only thing you can do is report them to the FCC SEC and the Do not cal registry and hope someone investigates.  They do only if enough complaint come in about the same number.  Really sad isn't it.

We received a "canned" call from "UNKNOWN NAME" at this number.  Part of the recorded message was cut off--but the words from a female voice stated  that it was a "conditional offer" (? for what?)  and we needed to press "1" to discontinue offers.  Oddly, we never requested  their offers--conditional or not--as we are on the National NO CALL LIST, and have no desire to receive them.  This is clearly a violation and needs to be handled by the No Call List--if they ever do anything...

Name on caller id was Errol NH - same message as received from someone named Rachel and other calls regarding credit interest. People keep changing names and numbers, but calls are all related.

#603-214-3653 they don't leave a message and hang up if i answer... i get busy signal whenever i try to call back . makes me a little unease. there is no pattern  of time in these calls, i'd just like them to stop.

Apparently there is no other way to keep them from calling because they are supposedly charity companies that can't be on the "Do Not Call List."  Well, with this application I could block them & file a complaint.

They call me at least twice a week.  I do not answer, but have tried to call back, and no one is there.

Sounded like a live human stated she had an important message for me and to hold the line.  She connected to an automated message that said if I answered ten questions on a public opinion poll I would receive a free Bahamas cruise.  I did not press 1 to continue and they eventually hung up.

I have received nearly daily calls from this number, which hangs up if an answering machine picks up.

They let it ring 3 times and hung up.  Says "CNS MRKCH" on caller ID.

10:30 a.m. received call from this #. Did not answer. I do not answer any numbers I do not recognize and if they don't leave a message I know it was not a legitimate phone call. ?

Received a call from this number.  Did not pick up and they did not leave a message.  I don't remember expressing interest in receiving this call and I'm betting they obtained the info from a third party.
