Auto dialer telling me they see my truck warranty has expired. blah blah ... "My truck is 25 years old" They are 24 years to late. They hung up when I represenative hung up when I asked to speak with a supervisor.   Called 3 times in one day

This # comes up as First Finance and as soon as I answer, they hang up on me|!

I have been getting these calls for over 2 months now, and I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry; Every time I'd call them back or ask to talk w/ their supervisor, they refuse and hang up; every time I'd ask which company they're with, they tell me they'll call me back and refuse to disclose who they are;

I have heard so many things, from so many different people on here.. One says that the telemarketing firm's telephone service carrier is Freedom Ring Communications (D.B.A. Bay Ring Communications); I also hear it's called Total Marketing Solutions, etc etc.. We really need to come up with something fast!

What I was thinking, is this- one of us sign up for something, build some good rapport with one of the reps, get as much info as we can, then BANG!

I have the same problem- lets all take the list and use it to do the free registraions that are so common on websites- perhaps if enough of us do it other telemarketers will call them- perhaps enough to jam up their dialing system. Sometime when I call them back I can get a person so other telemarketers will be able to reach them- give them some of their own medicine and keep their lines so busy that they will not be able to call as much. I think it'll work since they didn't start calling me until I foolishly registered for some free services on the internet- they must give your number out. Lets try it.

how the heck do you know all this information? Did you work there because I DID!!! There was no such thing while I worked there, but they grinded us to the wall to sell everyday or we would be fired! And they fired me

Now listen I worked for this company and the when I was there I did not hang up on anyone asking about a warranty I explained in full what it would cover and what it would cost, BUT YOU KNOW WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!! It's high pressure sales they fired me because I didn't make enough and now im flipping burgers at hardees because of it. The comission there is impossible to reach unless you cheat the system, and many agents probably have, because like everyone else in this world they have to feed there families, and call centers are sucessful right now because someone's gotta take the calls! Oh and by the I got told to F*** OFF several times

i am an employee for this company.every bit of what this person is saying is untrue. I hope the person that wants to hide his anonymity and make up lies is prosecuted for slander. if any of this made any sense, the person(s) would have filed a suit or at least called the authorities about the company he was working for. obviously his allegations are untrue.

we have4 phones and continue to get calls. Like everyone else you can't get them to stop. when you ask for information about the company they avoid answering you. I got this phone number 888-231=1310. They do answer it. I called 5 times today to ask questions. Maybe if lots of people do this they will get the point...it will also tie up their time.

I have been called many times over the past several months about extending my warranty and have tried everything to get off of their call list.  Lately I have been expressing interest to try and get a phone number or address of the people calling.  Adam at 888-231-1310 is waiting for me to get a prepaid credit card to start the service.  The Company name he gave was Dealers National Auto Warranty.  If everyone gives them a call maybe we can drive them into bankruptcy because of their phone bill.

Unfortunatly i was a former employee at Dealers National Auto Warranty until i found out the vast amount of trickery and flat out lies and scams they used to get customers. They use an automated caller that calls people, alot of these people are on the DNC list. They answer the calls and if you ask right away what the company name is, they will tell you Warranty Division of America which is not true. They tell you that so if you are someone who is going to file a complaint from being called so much, you will not have the correct name.

The sign on the front of the building says World American LLC. They sell a DURALUBE product/warranty that has been proven to be a scam. If you have a warranty that has anything to do with duralube, cancel it immediatly. They basically cycle through calls until they get a vulnerable person to sell it to and if the customer starts to ask questions they will flat out lie about what parts are covered.

Anyone who is reading this spread the news, if you recieve a call about warranty it is more than likely a scam, never purchase until u have done research. If u have purchased a warranty through this company i am very sorry. You can contact this company to cancel or make complaints at 1-888-231-1310 or a local number is 417-206-0167.

The owners are Frank and Brett Settle (aka Jonathan Brett Settle ) Cell numbers are 417-317-1150 for Frank and 417-540-3606 for Brett. The businesses physical address is 1515 W. 10th St. in Joplin, MO. 64801. The son, Brett, frequently smokes marijuana and drinks and supplies alcohol to people in the building while they work, so if you have ever recieved a phone call and heard loud music that is why. I could not believe what i was seeing and that a business like this could even exist. I have tried to contact the MO. attorney general but have been unsuccessful so far. This business has to be stopped.

Dealers National Auto Warranty has been calling my home, work and cell for months. I've had the same experience as everyone else. They hang up or lie.

I got hosed! After fighting on the phone with "DAN" ext 2011 for about an hour, I finally caved, and gave him my credit card number to start our 5 year, 100,000 mile warranty extension. He sounded legit, and even had my personal information, name, vehicle, in the back of my mind I new it sounded scetchy, but I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. HOWEVER! I checked the web site he gave me, and low, and behold it doesnt exist. I then found this site, and to say i, and my wife are beyond upset! So, we cancelled our credit card immediately, and notified our credit card company about the fraud. This sucks!

I've experience the same problem for months.  I just called
the 408-531-6205 phone #.  The lady that answered was re-
presenting some finance company.  I asked her about auto
warranties and she hung up.  I called the other 408 # as
well as the 916 # since all of these are in California but
they were out of service.  I would love to sue these jerks
40 ways to Sunday.  This should not be allowed but it's
tough to get a handle on who'se behind the calls.  Hope-
fully we can get to the bottom of this and put these people away for a long time.

I have been receiving these calls on my cell phone regularly for the past few months, and once on my land line phone that I am aware of. I have pressed the button to be taken off the list, I have spoken to at least two people and requested that my name be taken off. I also asked how they got my number in the first place. Yesterday, the last time I received a call, I spoke with someone and told them that all of my cars had warranties that were not about to expire. He asked me how many miles I had on my newest car and the make/model. It was evident he had no knowledge of the cars we own.  I asked where the company was located and was told just south of Kansas City. I asked that they remove my number from their records.

My family and I have been getting calls from dealers national auto warranty for some time now with the same recording, our vehicle warranty is about to expire. They've called our land line, my phone and possibly my borther's and father's phone. I can't recall exactly what numbers they've been calling from but it is very annoying. Our landline doesn't have caller ID but the recording is left on our answering machine every single time. The worst part is, my mother thought it was something legitimate and it seemed that it could be our warranty was up. She pressed 1 to speak to a rep and had my brother speak to them to find out about the pricing. Never once did they ask to speak to my mother (she doesn't speak english) and had my brother give them her card number to "renew" her warranty. I'm sure this is a scam, just today as I explained to my mother that she needed to cancel her card, our land line rang again and it was the same recording informing us that our vehicle's warranty was about to expire. Unfortunately it seems there may not be any way to get them to stop calling and I'm sure my parents are out close to $500.

I have been getting these from 702520147 I finally played along and got their 800 number  - 888-231-1310 Dealers National Auto Warranty.  These are real jerks and are making bi-weekly calls to my cell phone.

I received a letter from the Ohio Attorney General today- it's in response to Wildgate Wireless/Digitcom. Digitcom wrote back to the Attorney General and stated this:

"The phone numbers (603) 214-3683, (603) 214-3537, (408) 651-8146, (916) 219-8134, and (562) 289-8146 are not used to make phone calls. We supply these numbers to clients as ANI (Automated Number Identifiers)only, with the limitation and rules outlined below. When the call is actually made, the ANI typically appears in the caller ID box of the called party's telephone."

"Our client that displayed the (603) 214-3537, (408) 651-8146 and (562) 289-8146 ANI's for the calls in question is:
Stargate International, Inc.
Suite 5430, Apartado 0832-1276
World Trade Center
Panama City, Panama

and, our client that displayed the (603) 214-3683 and (916) 219-8134 ANI's for the calls in question is:
Voice Solutions
6391 76th Avenue
Pinellas Park, FL 33781."

They state that they only provide the ANI's and that's it. So, the companies in addition to Dish Network, National Dealers Warranty, and Surveycruise.com, are those mentioned above who actually MAKE the calls on behalf of these three major companies just mentioned. They also call on behalf of Direct Solutions (Executive Direct Solutions) and they are ALSO collectible! Meaning, once I file my lawsuit, I know exactly WHO to sue!

i've gotten calls from similar numbers. i've spoken to someone 4 times. the first 3 times i told them to take my number off the list. the fourth time i asked for the name of the company. "National Auto Warrenty" then i asked to speak to a manager. i was put on hold with a repeating message saying i could get online and register up to 3 no call numbers. then i was hung up on.
