i recieved one from it a couple of days ago.

Seriously, you guys.. I know we're all busy and we have careers/work/jobs/whatever it is that take up about 90% of our time, but we won't even have to go to court (now that's about a 90% chance that we won't) if we go together in the class action lawsuit- Honestly, everyone log and IN DETAIL, every single call that comes in, exact times and dates and numbers and what comes up on our caller id!
For each call, it's up to $1,000! EACH CALL! I received 22 calls so far- that's freakin' $22,000 alone just for THIS phone number!
I've documented all of the other calls, from other numbers with pre-recorded messages (from Factory Warranty deals to dish network, to debt reduction services) and it amounts to $36,000 TOTAL! Think about it.. they won't even THINK about calling again! lol
Well, I'm talking to an attorney right now (as of yesterday) and we're filing a suit no matter what.. if anyone else is interested, I'll give you his name and info and phone number.. just let me know..

They didn't leave a message.

Called on 3-7-08 at 10:52 AM. Never let it get past the recording. It was "Rachael" from "Account Services" saying how I could fix my credit and lower my interest rates. These same people calling using different names and numbers, giving either the interest rate or car warranty spiel, and every recording of a female voice saying that they're either "Heather" or the above mentioned "Rachael" from "Account Services".

These people have to be fake. My credit is good, and I doubt that a 2000 model year vehicle can be warrantied.

Received a call from "THE UNDERGROUND" today at 2:50 PM 03/06/08. One of several this week. They never leave a message on my answering service, as I will not pick up or answer a call if I am not familiar with the caller.

"Hi, we've been trying to reach you about this once in a lifetime offer. Never make a mortgage payment again, and let the world's richest country pay your debt for you!

If you press one now, you'll be transferred to one our investment specialists who will get the process going."

Another Credit Card scam. Beware of any phone call where they do not announce the company they work for in their initial greetings.

Got a call listed as The Underground.  Held the phone said nothing.  There was a pause and it almost seemed as though the person (womans voice) was pretending to be a recording.  It was about lowing my credit cards.  To speak to a representative I was requested to select 1.  I did.  Got a recording that said they could not process my request at this time.

I called back.  They was a male recorded voice, "You may have gotten an unwanted call, blah blah."  Even went as far as to give me the number for the Do not call center.  Instucted me to press a number to be removed, or if I had a rotary phone to please hold and record my message.

I held.  Left message.  "This is got to be a scam, I don't own a credit card.
