Pretty sure it's some kind of collections

Hey I got a call from this number too.  They called 7/1/08 at 6:00 p.m They left no message and when I tried to call back there was a message saying that all circuits are busy try your call again later.  Who is this?  I hate when random people call my phone.

On 6/27 I got 2 calls from this number, no message. And another call on 6/28 no message. I try to call back and it tells me my call cannot be completed at this time, please try again later. Whatever company this is needs to stop the bull.
