Calls but doesn't leave a message.

Yes. This is yet another new number for IC Systems(Indians Calling) I tell them to please hold while I get the person they're calling for. Then I put some Kenny G on and the rest is history!

IC Systems collection agency, just like other debt collection agencies, they use many different telephone numbers.  Fax number is: 800-328-9595.  Tried using their on-line access via "contact us" tab, but was still receiving phone calls.  I inherited a cell phone from a former employee.  Hope the fax notice I sent works to stop the calls.

The number is From a collections agency called IC systems.

So, I called the number on the caller ID, was indeed IC Systems.  Told the guy I was calling back, he said they were looking for Beverly...*.  Advised the number was new for me and there was no Beverly...* here.  He said they'd take the number off their list.

It's I.C. Systems, a collection agency. They collect on behalf of Chase, some credit card companies and medical providers. They are based in Minnesota, but they rotate numbers when calling. I've received calls from them using this number, which is an Idaho area code, as well as numbers with Connecticut and Washington, D.C. area codes.

I keep getting calls for a wrong person after I have already told them to stop calling, then they hang up on me while I'm explaining that I don't know who they are looking for, so I can't even help them have or get accurate information, and there they go harrasing and calling back without Listening and updating their files.

I do owe money (yes, i'm honest about it).   But these crazy wack-jobs want me to pay $168.00 on a $3.00 surcharge from chase bank. I tried to contact chase in this matter. And their unable to help me due to "it's in collections".  Who do we get mad at? the co. we owe a cpl bucks to and won't try to settle, or the mysterious IC collections ppl with a different number.  Owe well, and I do mean OWE! I crack me up lol

We've had the same cell phone number for my teenager for the past 3 years or so, and suddenly get calls for a Sean M., that we do not know.  My child told them repeatedly there was no one there by that name, however the calls continued.  I called and spoke to the operator and told them I did not understand why they kept bothering my child for someone we did not even know, and was assured they would remove our number.

I received a call from them on my cell phone at 8:30 AM today. They asked for a Melinda Smith (anonymized for Melinda's benefit). I told the pushy operator that there was no one by that name on this number, ever. He asked how long I've had the number! He had the audacity to ask me to prove to him that it was my phone number since 2002. I hung up on him.

They called by back at 9:20am, but I didn't answer.

I called back at 9:30am and explained the scenario to another operator. I told him to remove my number from the system and I would file a complaint with the FCC if they called me again. I will be following this up in writing.

debt collection agency i owe money so yeah

I have payday loans, so I guess that's who is calling. sucks

This number calls me at least 3-4 times a day.  I never pick up so I don't know who it is.  I do have some debt so it could be a collection agency.

I keep getting these calls and I donte have a bank account and haven't for over a year. IT HAS TO BE A FRAUD! They never say anything, and when they do, its to ask for personal information. I'M nothing the one!

I have the same thing happen. I did pick up once and the guy was semi-rude and when he wanted additional personal information I hung up. The first calls that I were receiving from them was a 208 area code number

They started about a week ago calling my number. If I don't know a number I do not answer. One clue that someone is shady is that they never leave a message.

ya some bi*** from that number just called my house phone asking for my brother and wanted his cell number, i responded by asking what is the call concerning, she responding a bussiness call and if i am not his legal spouse than she cannot tell me, i responded then i cannot tell you his personal cell phone number, she responded that she has heard that soo many time and told me to have a good day, i reponded by saying go f*** yourself bi***

They call 2 to 3 times per day to my cell phone.  I never pick up. They never leave a message.  I see from above its a debt collector but I don't owe any debt. I always have paid my bills.   I don't owe anything.  I have great credit too.  No idea why they would be harassing me.  The number changes every few days but each time I look it up someone else has reported that it is that  IC Systems people.

I have been getting phone calls from this number for two weeks now. The first time it happened, I answered. but there were no response. Last night at 8.00 pm they called and left a message, They kept repeating the beginning of the message about four times and then on the fifth the left the longest message and the longest references number I have ever heard.

This is IC Systems, a collection agency.  Guess they're rotating numbers.
