Also another phone number stating the same thing was 305-507-4612.  Need to block this number also.

I have received multiple calls from different numbers stating the same thing.   They leave and message on my phone and I tried calling the number back although it does not exist, or it rings busy fast busy.  How do I block these numbers?

I got another call from That Kevin Wilson guy today from another number it was 323-331-9286. I told him it was a scam and not to call me back and if he did I would call to report him. He proceeded to tell me that it was not a scam. I told him he was a lie and not to call me back and to have a good day. and hung up. The funny thing about it all is when I asked him what the call was in regards to he told me he could not tell me that I had to call his superior attorny. Which is BS because he has to tell me  why he is calling.

I got the exact same calls both on my personal phone and at work. They also mentioned the lawsuit and the cops to pick me up at work. Grrrr!!! I was so scared at first but then they just got me mad!! Stupid people that think they can get easy money!!!

The same number has called me but his name was Kevin Wilson. I was so mad because the voice mail I got said good luck and best wishes. I felt threatened.

I got the same call a f?ew times today and when I said I think this is a scam they have not called me back and when I call it goes straight to a voicemail

This is call was a solicitated attempt to get me to call and give information. They say I needed a lawyer or attorney because I was being suited by my name and social security number. I called back and they never answered. I left messages saying I will be in touch with the Better Business Bureau because I know it isn't legit and that it is a scam. Also, many others had the same exact call listed in this site.

I also received the same call you all have received from Kevin Johnson. I called and left a message stating that I will be investigating them and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous. I don't know if anyone in this chat area looked into payday loans online but since I filled in my information, I have received phone calls and emails non-stop. I never proceeded with any of the loans because I was like this is retarted and a great way to get scammed after I put in my information though. I was stupid enough to go that far since I was looking for a way to borrow money for a short time due to financial difficulties but end up not doing so. If anyone has any way to bring this person to justice, please post it on here.

Received a similar call saying the same thing.  Its a scam and report them to Federal Trade commission at econsumer.com. These Dot heads are trying to prey on americans and I hope to obtain an address sometime so I can visit them.

received a call from 213-261-6450.  called work and on my cell phone.  i called back and left a message that i have filed a claim with the BBB and the attorney general, which I have done.

I received exactly the same message.  Have no idea where this came from or what it is all about.

I am getting harrassing calls for a gentlemen stating that there was a lawsuit against me and I do not know what is going on he didn't mention anything of the lawsuit

i just recieved a call from 213-261-6450  about a lawsuit filed against my social security they even keep calling my work they messed with the wrong lady i am pissed now

I received a call from this same number only once but twice, yesterday. The man stated that I someone used my ssn to obtain a payday loan. He provided the amount, but had my last 4 of ssn. I was reluctant to give any info.  Then I called the number back and the foreign guy'svoice is on the greeting, but the you can't leave message. I finally got the guy again and told him who filed a complaint w/me re: payday loan. His smart mouth go to say that, I had to take it up w/the company and to get my attorney and discuss issued w/the police that were coming to my house. It is a scam and I was told that if the call back again advised that they have been reported to the better business bureau.  I told him that I didn't believe his company was legit, Kevin Johson is the alleged person I spoke with.

I received a few calls from a man named John Davis - very heavy indian accent saying that I or my attorney needs to call him back immediately and the matter is very time sensitive - when I tried to call back I keep a mailbox that is full

i recevied a similar call, they even called and spoke with my company's HR people.  how can we get this stoppede???   i was soooo embarassed

Received message from someone named Nathan Brown (could barely understand what he was saying-was not English). He states to call him he has time sensitive information to give me and states if I or my attorney does not  call him back then he can only wish me good luck and stated as the situation develops may God Help You..

Same here its all a scam if you put your info online for a loan or other that is why they and how they got your info they want your money don't even call back ignore them I have been getting threats about a loan that I never recieved that they were going to arest me at work if I didn't pay back they called me from diffrent states  they said I would sorry  they were going to sue me I told them to do it he cursed at me I cursed his a** back out  I'm not racist  but all who called me were like Indians can't even speak English. And supposly his name is john smith. (SCAMS don't fall for this crap)

some guy left a messge on both my work and cell saying that it was an urgent matter and only I can call him back.  I'm not allowed to get my attorney involved.  Hindi accent, very hard to understand.  sounds like he's reading it off from a card.
