They asked to verify my address, my ss # when I refused they threatened that I will continue to receive calls, i said i will continue to block you.  They must be smoking something funny if they think I will give them any information without knowing who they are.  At least the address they gave me was wrong lol

I am seriously thinking about downloading some elevator music, that I can play for them when they call..3 to 4 times a day, never leave a message.. don't they know we all have caller id and don't answer unavailable phone numbers, cause that is what I am UNAVAILABLE!!!!

Lairs, cheats and thieves using a robo dial system and a phone number augmentation program to hide their real phone number. Individuals attempt to gain credit card information from extremely elderly people by using scare tactics and lies about crime rates.

I suggest that if possible, the individual or individuals should be hunted down and given the harshest measure of street justice.

Received the call today, no message was left...I would be hard pressed to find New Hampshire on a map...we certainly dont know anyone there or have any reasons to receive a call from that area code....If they are a scam collection company perhaps they should stick to US calls??

28 calls from this number in 10 days. Some as early as 6am, and as late as 8:30 pm. It's getting very annoying.

I have received over thirty calls from this # and numerous unknown calls wich started right after these other calls not one voicemail.I get multiple calls over the weekend and the a**les are not even open.I like the idea of them getting charged $1,500 for every harrassing call.Now I willbe checking everyway possible to aggravate them.but LEGALLY!!!!!

Also I have been DIVORICED from him for more than 20+ years. He has never been at this number. Also they will not tell me how they got my number. I asked if they owe me money send it, LOL!!!

These people keep calling for my EX-Husband who has been dead for 2 years. I asked the nature of business, what IC stood for and went to higher ups in the business. Needless to say the HIGH person hung up on me. I asked if they were a collection angency would not answer that question. asked how they got my number would not answer that question. Asked what the matter was about would not answer that question. was told call being recorded I sure hope so and the bbb needs to investigate these people.
Every one I spoke to sounds like they are not even from the USA.

Call every hour on the hour the last 3 weeks. Never leave a message and no one is there when I answer, it puts me on hold.  YOU CALLED ME!! GRR

Not much to say that hasnt already been said about this so called company.
I get called two or three times a day. Every day. Caller ID tells me the company name is "Zscam"

got heavy accent as well.  when i said that have to keep the line clear due to emergency he said okay let me hook u up to record this call.

This number calls me once a day every so often. It's so bizarre. Sometimes I'll go days without hearing from them. I haven't had it as bad as some other people commenting. The most they've tried is 2 times in one day, and that only happened once. Every time they call, it rings once, and they hang up. So, they never leave a message, and I never have time to answer. It's fine. They clearly don't want to talk to me that badly since they're barely making effort to contact me. More of annoyance than anything, and it's something I can easily ignore. I just wanted to google it for information. If the target thing is correct, that's not me.

Please have these peoples to stop calling me late nights and early mornings. 20 times a day.

you have called my number asking for someone who isnt even me. ive told you to stop calling me. this is harassment and you have now been reported. LEAVE ME ALONE

They call my cell phone at least three times a day and they never leave a message.

Got several calls from this number asking to speak to a Janet Smith.  The caller identified himself as "Steve". He told me the call was being recorded. I asked him if this was a threat and he responded "Yes". He never said what he was calling for. I told him never to call again and he said it would take 48 hours to get us off the call list. I told him no, this was the last call he could make to our number.

Do not call me ever again by phone.

For the PAST WEEK now these A$$ have called my number ON AVERAGE 6 to 8 TIMES PER DAY, starting  anywhere between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM until usually 8:30 PM or 9:00 PM!

This number appears at least 5-10 times a day on my caller ID - since I don't own anything to anyone except my house and car, I don't know who they are calling for, and I just don't answer it.

My husband pass away the 29th day of dec.2012, these people keep calling even from the his hospital bed, i can;t deal with this.They called almost three times a day.i told them if they do not stop calling i calling our lawyer.I do not know about this bill he made i can't pay it.I do not what to do.

As always, they call 8 am, or earlier, 10 pm, or later, weekends and Holidays as well.  Many times each and every day, for months.  Just give me five minutes with these criminals and I promise NO one will be bothered by these crooks ever again.  I.m sick and tired of being woken up numerous times Every day.  I go to work when my job CALLS me so I cant, just turn off the phone.  Is that info above been confirmed?  I'm very interested.

And the only time I have ever talked to these folks - they seemed to think I lived in a I have never lived and had a service I have never had .... they are idiots...

I received a call from this number about five minutes ago. The speaker was a Latina woman. The conversation went like this:

Woman: Hello, may I please speak to Johnny?

Me: I'm sorry, you have the wrong number.

Woman: Well, I'm very sorry, ma'am, but Johnny gave us this number. Now, do you know anyone named Johnny?

Me: No, I do not.

Woman: Oh! *pause* Um, how long have you had this number?

Me (sternly): Who is this?

Woman (flustered): Uh...sorry to bother you, ma'am. *CLICK*

I did reverse lookup on the number and found it was tied to IC Systems in New Hampshire. I have no idea why they'd be calling me. I really don't know anyone named John or Johnny.

Dont know this # . They start calling at 8:00 am. If this is target I have no dept with them.. so stupid...

When they call, and I do my usual greeting b/c they're calling my work phone, they don't say anything!  Then I say hello about 2-3 times more and after they still continue not to say anything, I just hang up!
