My daughter just got a voice mail from this #, told her he was from the credit department, in regards to a claim he had just got on her.  Identified himself as Dean from Swift Funds, left phone #603-499-4095, & advised she needed to get in touch with him.  I did a google search, & found exactly what I thought.  Glad others have posted issues about this same issue.  I told her to block the number, & don't call back.  I did tell her if she happens to get another call from same company, advise them to send her everything in writing.  The saga continues........

Same story - Just got a call from Dean Moore, saying he is a regional director and someone hand walked this into his office, about my personal training which was cancelled months ago, saying they are sending me to collections. He tried to play nice guy and said he wanted to help me out, and I should send him the stuff. Thanks for the head's up gang! I'll tell him he can communicate with me in writing or not at all.

Got a vm from a Dean Moore from swift funds in regards to my account it went on to say that it was very important that I contact him.I then proceeded to google the name and number and all these complaints and frauds popped up.

i receved a call from dean by far the nicest person i dealt with at that company. seems to have a good heart helped me out immensely.

This Dean gets around. Got a msg this morning that he was the manager and a claim was just walked into his office with my name in it. Has anyone actually called back and spoken to this person. I know i certainly dont owe any money to Golds Gym. But he made it sound like someone owed money to me. Sneeky.

Ya, he (DEAN) must be makin the rounds as he just called me too. I am on Active Duty - so that bi*** can wait for the Golds Gym money they believe they are entitled to. I'll Be more than happy to report SWIFT FINANCIAL to the Justice Department for violating the Civil Relief act...

I recieved a call from this number.  The person's name was Dean calling in regards to a bill I owed to Gold's Gym.  He said that he was with "Swift Funds Financial" collecting on the behalf of Gold's.
