Forgot to mention that we have good credit and own a farm clear of any debt. Why do they harass us like that? I might contact the FBI. Such a company should not have to deal with Reverse Mortgages to just bother old folks as much as they want.

We won a suit against Texas Windstorm. The check for $30,000.00 was sent to our mortgager.  We are Senior Citizens with a Reverse Mortgage with National Freedom Acquisitions LLC. For some unknown reasons these people have been dealing with this check for months. First they sent the check back to us because supposedly the Mortgager's name was not right. The check was sent bact to Texas Windstorm and 3 months later finally came back. To make it short these people we talk to at National Freedom ...... all of a sudden seems to be reticent to send us either the check or some money to repair the things that the Texas Windstorm Insurance refused to do.  We go round and round asking them to send us some money. Meanwhile we really do not know why we have to argue with these people. We do not owe them anything. We have made repairs (hurricane IKE 2008)  with this check we should be doind other repairs but day after day they find another excuse to not send us any money. All of a sudden they told us they were sending an Inspector to be sure that our garage doors were replaced. That was done 3 years ago. We never talk to the same people. Every time you call, you have to give your name - Loan # - Track # - Physical address - Mailing address - last 4 digits of Social Security - Telephone # - These people are scaterred all over the US and in reality are debts collectors, which has nothing to do with us. We are Senior Citizens and it feels like they enjoy harrassing us. We do not owe them anything. They have our check for $30,000.00 that we won by suing our Windstorm Insurance and they treat us like we are terrible or gaga people. Meanwhile we are waiting for the INSPECTOR.To all American Citizens who might be thinking of getting a Reverse Mortgage beware of Financial Freedom or now they have another name National Freedom Acquisitions LLC. They will harrasse you even though they have no reason to do such a thing. They will create situations to just make you call and call and you never get anywhere.  We do not owe them anything, they owe us the money but treat us like we are the villains.

I got a recorded call from this number about an inspection order by my mortgage company at my property (they gave an address, 1392 somethingsomething Lane)--not legit. I don't own a home, and that isn't my address.

very strange - it was a recorded message from a company to schedule an inspection (legitimate, i knew it was being scheduled) of my house.  the callback number is 800-639-2151 x 284 if you want to find out why they are masking their phone in NH.

wondering who at this number is calling me.

this number was on my caller ID............called it back and man rudely said "quit calling me............

This person has called me four times today. I haven't answered my phone because I don't know anyone from Claremont, NH
