This number will NOT stop calling us.  We are on the DNC list, but they continue to call several times a week.  We don't know who they are because all it says on the caller ID is Alstead, NH, and we don't know anyone there.  They just called a few minutes ago, so I picked up and then hung up right away in hopes that they would get the hint, but they called right back within 2-3 seconds!  This time, I answered, but there was no one on the line.  I am reporting them to the FCC!!!

I have been receiving unwanted text msgs and do not know the sender, as they will not tell me who they are.

I've been getting a call from these people at least once a week... There is NO SENIOR CITIZEN here!!!  I honestly think the DNC List is a joke!!!  I file a complaint each and every single time I get a call from these people and all other illegal telemarketer and yet nothing has been done!  I'm just sick and tired of them calling and waking up my husband who sleeps during the day.  They wake him up every single time!!!  When is our government going to do something about them????

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Just received a call at 9:02pm EST. Caller claims to be from Senior benefits Program.

Complain to your State Attorney General's office. Indiana State Attorney General filed suit against this company in August, putting a restraining order on them to stop calling people in Indiana.  Indiana had over 600 complaints on this company.  Your state will listen if they get enough complaints, your complaint definity counts. This company stopped calling Indiana, but they are still calling the rest of the states and now starting to call Canada.  If every state puts a restraining order on them, they will have no one to call in the US.

The name of this company is Elite Information Solutions out of Casselberry, Florida, but the company is using a UPS store address in Orlando for their principal place of business.  Company owner is Michael Hilgar.  This company goes by several FAKE names.  Here are a few names that they are using:  Safeline Medical Alert, Senior Medical Benefits, Senior Medical Advisory, Senior Alert Line, and Senior Safeline.

This number called today.  Luckily I had it blocked; probably because they called before.  Anyway, I use a Digitone 10 Call Blocker.  My phone doesn't ring. The call blocker just hangs up on the call.

Just got a call and tried to call back and they dont take incoming. I am on the DO NOT CALL list as well.

Got a call just now.  Went to the machine but no message was left.  Caller ID reads ALSTEAD, NH.

This could be a company with the real name of Elite Information Solutions licenced by from the Florida Dept. of Agriculture.  Their address is 495 Semoran Blvd., Casselberry Fl.  The owner's name is Michael  Hilgar.  Please file a  complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture - 800-435-7352.  Please also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission - 877-382-4357.  Inform them that this may be related to case #36077052.

I just got off the phone with Fairpoint, and they traced this phone call and several others I have been getting to Mumbai, India. They are a fraud. Their advice: do not interact at all. When you see "unassigned" on the caller ID, DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE.
The same is true for several telemarketing calls I had gotten from Washington State, South New Jersey, and Atlanta. They were all fraud calls re-routed from Mumbai, India.

We have received calls from this number. They want to sell a "service" called "medical alert" but seem not affiliated with a medical organization, so it is probably just a big fraud.
I am on the "do-not-call" list and I am not a senior, so don't know how they got my number, except that I've had a rash of bogus calls lately.

We have been receiving multiple calls from this number. We are on the do-not-call list. I reported this unsolicited call to the FCC and hope you do as well. We need to stop these businesses from these annoying calls which interrupt our lives. The do-not-call list needs to be enforced.

After having called us several times and ignoring the call, we decided to pick up today.  Telemarketer for Senior Citizen alarm system.

I just filed a complaint against this incoming phone number at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints for these unsolicited phone calls.  These complaints can be filed online.  If everyone files a complaint, maybe these calls will stop...(I know, it's a dreambut at least I have a dream...)... =)

I received a call from this number, no message was left.  When I called back, a recording stated, "Thanks for calling, the party you called is unavailable, they will be notified you called".  I don't know who this came from but after the recording, it was silence, nothing else was said and no one came on the line.

"Senior benefits Program" - we are on the do not call list but I guess they do not care!

Got recorded message for senior citizens. Pressed "1" to talk to a representative. I'm not close to being a senior citizen so I was curious to find out more. After being put on hold for 3 minutes, I spoke with Shamika. This is the same company that does the "help i've fallen and can't get up".

They have promised to take me off their call list. We'll see.
