Hi, I am the office manager from "Penchansky & Co., PLLC.  I have received complaints from callers saying that our name comes up under the caller id with 603-606-4719.  We are not associated with this number or this service.  We are a professional accounting firm and do not use telemarketers for advertising.   I have put in a call to our telephone service provider for assistance as I do not want our name to appear with this number.  I just wanted to comment as I did a search with that number and our name and found this website.

I received a call from them today.  May 7, 2013 so it appears that no amount of complaining is helping.

Why would I get a call from these guys almost three years later than your post.  I would suggust you contact the attorney general.

I got 3 calls today from 603-606-4918 penchansky &co.

I received a call this morning at 9:25 am from 603-606-4918. Didn't leave a message. The caller ID said penchansky & co. It's Monday March 18, 2013.

Today is March 13, 2013 and I just received a call from the same number as all the other comments.  The caller id came in as Penchasky & Co.  So they are still using the name and number.

Do you have the number that they left for you to return their call?  It may be helpful if we could contact them directly and let them know they need to take our name/number off of their system ASAP.  It may also help us in tracking down the company/people behind this scam.

This company called and left a message on my machine stating I needed to call them and left a ref#. Thanks for the info. I will not be calling them back.  And yes it is still listed as the company stated above.

Unfortunately, after speaking with the Fraud department at our telephone provider (Fairpoint Communications) they told us there was nothing we could do, and that technically Spoofing is not illegal.  We are just as upset about this situation as those of you receiving the calls are, if there was something we could do, I can assure you we would be doing it.  Again, all I can stress is that PLEASE do not give them any personal information, if you can somehow get information from them so that we can get an idea of how is behind this please feel free to pass it along to me.  Ashley@penchanksy.com is my email address.  Thank you and again we sincerely apologize!

I received a call from 603-606-4918. The caller ID said Penchansky & Co. They said a person from my number had requested mortgage information.  I asked to speak with a supervisor and got another individual on the phone. First they said All state, then Mortgage advisory Services as the company name. He said they were in Rhode Island. When I attempted to get more information on the address he said he wasn't required to give the information. How smart they are! I would report them to the BBA if I had more data. To the real Penchansky firm, I would say you should be more aggressive to get your name disassociated with these bothersome people.

Well it is now 2013 and I just got a call from this number and it still says they are Penchanskyand Co.

just checked my missed calls and saw # 603-606-4918 - 1 # off 4917 - also came up name as Penchansky & Co - probably same telemarketers - not accountants.  No message left.

Received a call from Penchansky and Co,  603~606-4918, I let the machine pick up the call, they left no message!

The number come up as Penchansky & Co 603-606-4918 now.He is garanteening lower mortgage
rates funded by Obama gov plan assisting in trouble american homeowners.

They have not removed the name Penchansky & Co  from this number

Received a call from 603-606-4917 today offering Federal Grants of $50,000 - 500,000 that don't have to be repaid.....Caller ID Busin Funds.

Same as with many others. We received a call (allegedly) from this number at our business at 11:04 this morning. Caller ID said "Busin Funds" which I suspect means Business Funds which means its the usual stimulus funds scam.  No one responded when I answered and then the line disconnected so their annoying, illegal robo-caller probably wasn't ready with the usual b.s. spiel about the alleged government funds they allegedly can get for our company.  There must be enough saps out in the world who fall for this crap because why else would they continue trying again and again and again?  Make something idiot-proof and the world will build a better idiot.  Ugh!

I have been getting calls from this number for a couple of weeks.   No one ever picks up the phone or speaks.  I found this site when I was looking up the number.  I tried calling the number and there was an automated message that gave an option to be taken off the call list.  I gave it a try and was told it may take 24 hours for it to work.  We will see!

I just received a phone call from this number and did not answer it.  I then called it back and they asked if I would like to be added to the no call list press 1.  So I did so lets see if it works.

dead silence when I answered. then disconnected.

The number 603-606-4917 called many many times , These callers are rude,sarcastic,etc,etc.
One of them actually told me to stop screwing around and do what he said , needless to say I hung up.
I am not sure what they think I am afraid of when they try to be forceful , they also have used the one that they were told to call at a specific time to patch them thru to whom they want to talk to right away
This company has said they are from "chase" they have also said they are from "phillips" when I ask for their phone number they get very rude and mouthy.They should be shut down for their call handling.
(YOU GET MORE WITH HONEY THAN TURPENTINE.) But these callers are to stupid to realize that.
The only info I have gotten so far is they are calling from Manchester,Hillsborough county,N.H.

I just got this call a few minutes ago and the caller id read Busin Funds.  When I said hello they didn't respond.
