A Collection Agency that harasses you....

Just so you know, this is a collection agency called VLV Associates. In my case they were calling regarding a legitimate debt for a insufficient funds check. However, just in case they might be reading this, it might serve your reps to treat the "customers" a little more politely, especially when they are trying to pay the debt in full.

They've called several times but only left one message "Hello this message is for Myriad(?) Johnson(?) this is Susan(?). I do need a return phone call you can reach me at 18009152440. Thank you."
They call at all hours of the day too

Called again. Same thing. Asks for Christine.
Today she said (on voicemail) that it was'nt a sales call and her name was Dee.

They have been calling me for months from different but similar numbers. Last time it was 6036810482. Today it was form this number. They ask for Christine and hang up when I say they got the wrong number.
