Would you believe they're still calling, even with the disconnected message? I see them in my spam folder. 24 calls in less than two weeks. I'm sorry I bought the software now because their company must really suck to be so desperate for business

Absolute losers that call constantly. They must be desperate for business. I ordered one program from them, and it was okay, but I'll never consider another purchase due to their constant calls. Now they get to talk to a 'disconnected' notice, courtesy of Google Voice. Thank goodness I used that number for my order.

Yes.  It is Serif.  They totally screwed up an order from me last year and it took months to get my product.  That said, their stuff is pretty good and I'll buy from them again and again.  Just not over the phone.  : )

Thanks for the info. I too use Serif products, but this number always calls me when I am at work and unable to answer the phone. They don't leave a v/m so I was left wondering who it was! I too love the Serif products I use on my computer.

It's indeed Serif. I like the company, but marketing calls are a thing of the past... especially after the "do not call list" was implemented and the prevalence of cell phones, where marketing calls are an added nuisance. They must have different ethics on the subject in the UK. I simply called them back after reading this post and finding out who they are. They took me off their list.

Got a call today on my cell, I did not answer it. But I see I logged the last call here in Oct 2010 also! Hi me! Maybe they'll call again someday!

It is Serif Software company. If you have purchased software from them previously they continually call. They call me several times a week with the same problem no one on the other end, except maybe every 10th time they call me. So a computer is dialing for them, making several calls at the same time opening the line to the operator on who picks up first.

This number keeps ringing my cell for two days and when I pick up, its silents and then hangs up. weird!

Yes, I just purchased their panorama stitching software, and got two calls today. I did not answer.

I've received two phone calls from this number over the past week (12/1 - 12/9) and no one is there.  No one hangs up on the other end and I do not hear any background noise.

I got a couple of calls and hang-ups from them over the past few days too.  I am a Serif customer, so this must be the source of these calls.  Maybe their marketing department has a quota of calls they must place regardless of how many they complete.

They called me three times this morning. I was sleeping so didn't answer. Was concerned about who on earth would call me from New Hampshire. I'm glad to've found this website and pleased to know who these turkeys are. I am a customer of Serif and I'm very happy with my copy of PagePlus 5, but I have no intention of buying any other products from them, so from now on I'll happily ignore their calls.

Yup.  It is Serif.  Just a marketing call.  They are quite nice actually.  I do love their products.

I had been using Serif's free software for years, just decided to purchase the real version and suddenly I'm getting calls from this number.  Looked it up and found out it was Serif.  I'm annoyed :P  They never leave a message and I'm never going to answer.  I almost regret paying for their software if this is what they do!  I changed my number on my account so hopefully they get the hint.

They call me from time to time.  I use three of their products and love them, but I'm not in the market for more, so I don't answer.

Serif is a great company with great products, with great prices.   If they want to call you let them, buy whatever they want to sell you.   If they don't get your money then Oduma and the Dumocraps will !!!

Just spoke w/ support number and requested evening call only.  They say they complied.  Another 10yr very satisfied customer.  One of the best graphics, Web, and DTP companies in the world.

Called, I answered, they hung up without talking.  I've heard of Serif, but have no idea why they would call, how they got my number (I never give out that number when making a purchase) or why they hung up.  Will be careful about purchasing a product from them again.

They are mainly a U.K. company, I suspect their US offices are nothing more than a "boiler room" operation. I have/use their software, not bad for the price, but they have a pretty heavy hand at "marketing".

Just got a call from them. I answered with a simply and nice Hello and they hung up. They called back but this time I let it ring 2 times, by the third they hung up. I looked up the number on their website, it says Physical Address:

I've missed calls from these guys two days in a row.  I am a current customer.  

While I love the products, it's a terrible practice to not leave a message so that a customer can return your call.  Especially when they keep calling at a time when I'll never be able to answer the phone.

Terrible company, call and hang up, maybe they need to learn how to make sales calls or follow up with a current customer.

This is the main number for Serif, Inc in the USA. They are located in Amhurst, NH. They also have offices in the UK. They do not normally call anyone except current customers. I have been using their products for over ten years and they are a great company with EXCELLENT desk-top publishing software at VERY reasonable prices.
