Since April 2002, he has also served as founder and principal of Cypress Capital Partners, LLC, which raises and manages funds to purchase debt instruments. He is also an officer and director of Boudreau & Associates Consulting, Inc., which assists numerous health care providers in the collection of their outstanding claims. Previous to his current positions, Mr. Boudreau founded and served as managing partner of the Massachusetts-based law firm Boudreau, Mitchell & Davis from 1990 to 2002. He has a J.D. from New England School of Law and B.S. degrees from Boston University and Massachusetts Maritime Academy. He has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1987.

Got a letter in the mail today on a debt.
Discover bank original creditor

Discover bank hired this people to ASSist them in the collection of a debt I owed them. I would like to ask -   Didn't Discover get some Obama money?

These people are not really attorney's don't be fooled, they are just debt collectors posing as attorneys which is illegal in most states.
These guys are huge jerks, if you get a call from them don't talk to them at all just hang up or don't answer the call.

whats the address for this so called debt collector richard J woodrow?

I received a call from this number trying to settle on a $1700 JcPenney credit card that I do not have. I have never had a JcPenney account. They had all my info, address, SSN, date of birth, all my financial information and they were convincing that I was the right person. They said I could settle it out of court for 70% or spend about $7000 in court cost. I called JcPenney credit service and they said an account for my address was never made that there were several pages of people with my same name that they had the wrong person. At least I know it wasn't identity theft which worried me it is just this agency is hounding the wrong individual.
