This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

I hot a phone call from this number it says its from "British Columbia Canada" which is where I lived, they said hi rebeka? and I said yes then they hung up

Exact same thing .....

I just received a call from this number and when I googled it I got that it was a landline from Iristel. When I answered it nobody said anything. They called back and still nothing on the other end of the phone.
