I too got a call from that number 604-210-1813.  I have call display but the caller name was "unavailable" .  So I called the number back,  It was long distance from Abbotsford.  I got a message about "call for-warding" (the was it was pronounced) then there was some gibberish in Spanish.  Not sure who it was but it certainly smells dirty.

Called a couple of times but did not leave a message, tried to call back but they did not answer!  I don't answer numbers that I don't know.

I received a call from them today, did not answer, no message on my voice mail, added their number on my call block.

I received a call from this people and few days later somebody broke in to our house. It is probably related and please be aware that they just want to know if you have security in your house or there's people in the house. I wish Police would do something to theses b*****ds!!!

I have had calls daily from various numbers all claiming to be a monitoring station, when asked what company he is with he said Protection 1.  Another time said ADT.  He does not have real info about any of us as he was asking leading questions, none of which were valid in my situation.  
We have reported each and every call on the National Do not call complaint site.  Maybe we all should and this will stop.  When I told him today that I was on the DNC list, he said that is why I am calling???
He hung up on me when I told him I was filing yet another complaint against his numbers.  He has a very strong accent, but if you speak to him instead of dead air, one of the first questions to ask is what company he is associated with.

Just got a call. Hard to understand male wants to know about our alarm. Does not identify who he works for. Same  nut called a few days ago from a different # -  604-256-1397. No name shows on caller ID. Just hung up on him.

Similar to as above - just received a call and the caller knew my last name.  I told him I'm not giving him any information, nor did I confirm who I was.  Caller was very difficult to understand.  Scam.

It is exactly what those crooks need to Break, Enter, and turn OFF or bypass your alarm system.

received a "silent call" from this # today. Grrrrrrr

yah we just got that number too and when i answered they ask if i was my mom i said no,asked if i was  owner of the house i said no and when i asked who is calling the hung up on me, next time i'm calling to cops!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had these calls it seems for ever  and getting sick of them tieing up my  voice mail calls with hangups grabs some balls and at least answer will ya or stop calling people as another person said  this day and age no call display for a company  wow  must be a  cheap company or its  a  scam  company which none of us need the calls from them.

Junk phone call

I received a call from 604-210-6300 on Wednesday, January 10th, 2013 at 1PM.  My Calling Line Identifier showed the caller name as Unavailable.   I think I finally understood the pitiful english of the male that called... but I had to ask him to repeat every sentence he said at least twice because his accent was so thick and his enunciation so terrible. The person told me that due to the fact I have been a loyal user of home alarm systems that I would be given a free upgrade to a better system than what I already have. All he needed was my address and a time when they could come tomorrow to switch it over.  I laughed and said "No Thanks"... I already have ADT Security and their latest updates. He said " So you don't want our free new system?"  I said no... and he hung up. About 30 minutes later I decided to call the number back to try and confirm who it might have been... but all I got was a fast busy signal.

I received a call from 604-210-6300, 5:00 Pm Jan 9, 2012. No one replied when
I answered, but I could hear back ground noise. I then hung up, tried calling this number, but only got a busy signal,tried every 5 min until 6PM then gave up.
Most times when I receive this type of calls and there is an actual person on the
line I become very rude which usually results in them hanging up. Maybe not very nice, but then again why do they bother making these calls.

My answering machine took a call from this number Wed PM Jan 2.  No message was left.

Dec 28th got a call from this number saying they were from my monitoring provider. I asked several times who he was. He wanted to comfirm that I haven't set my alarm in the past 2 yrs. I did not tell him any thing
just kept turning it back on him and asking where my monitoring system was (I do know where they are located) after that point he hung up on me. He is an East Indian

when i called long distant information, they said it was listed as  A D T  security. The phone # they gave me was a toll free number. The person that i reached said her location was Calgary Alberta. i phoned to complain & she gave me a Vancouver phone #   604   681  6411  if anyone is  interested in calling & complaining.  & to save you time, do not press any # that a recording says, just stay on the line until you get an actual person to talk with.Thx, all, for the info. it's a  North  Vancouver  phone number & the company is called  A D T  alarm. i called it just now to see what would happen. A recording said " the party you are trying to call is not taking calls at this time ". Figures! Gonna call information to see if there is a different phone number to call.

This phone number, 604  210  6300  calls  me  every  day.  When  i  answer  it,  every  time  they  hang  up  once  they've  heard  my  voice.  &  when  i  don't  pick  up,  they  don't  leave  a  message  on  my  answering  machine!  i  am  in  Chilliwack, British  Columbia. BEWARE. This telemarketer has a strong East Indian accent and attempts to impersonate that he is working for "Your Security Company". He has been working the Fraser Valley for over a half a year and is actually working with a dealer for Reliance Protectron. Do not give out any information to him. He researches or uses Google street view and target homes that have a security sign to add credibility to his calls. Do not tell him if you have/don't have a security system. If he offers a free promotion or upgrade do not accept an appointed. Call your current provider to see if you do qualify and stay with a company you can trust.

I had the same experience... he would not give up and was rude.  Then he called me a week ago... again "I told him not not interested and not to call us again and hung up.

This number called me, yet the line was empty after I said hello.  A couple seconds later, an automated message said "good bye", and the caller hung up.   This may be a system for determining a person's availability for telemarketing purposes.

Just got a call from this number. Dead air for 5 seconds then a Asterisk PBX voice came on saying "You have been kicked from the conference", then fast busy.

The caller seemed to be familiar with our old security company and when our service ended.

after telling him no several times I asked him if he knew what no meant he sain no.    I asked him not to call again he said he would call every day.  very rude individual should be banned from using a phone

This number showed on my telephone as being an international number???  604?  I smell a rat....
