Im so sorry i reported this person to the police, this person sent me stuff in the mail after i called the FBI and my local police department. And they came and got the stuff. Who ever sent it to me told me to take money and cell and send to sick brother i new it was a scam but i am not i never wanted any of this to happen. I apologize for any inconvinence and for any termoil this may have caused

I just got the same thing tonight. But I was tipped off by the payment being pending. Because of their buyer protection, paypal does not have pending payments. I too am in AK.

Just got a text from this number.  Said he was sorry for the late reply, his phone was faulty and just got it fixed.  He really needs to buy this item for his daughter (what would a girl want with a 15" car subwoofer and amp...).  He will be paying me through paypal and shipment will be handled through a personal fedex account.  Kindly get back to him with details so that he can make the payment asap.
I will proceed to mess with him until it gets old.  I am glad I found this site!  Thanks for not getting me scammed!!!

Got a text about the same thing from 6023451075 saying they want to buy the item for their son. Paying for the item with paypal using a personal fedex account. I'm going to use their fedex account  tosend them a pile of dog poop.. Oh yeah he said he was from Arizona.

Just tried to scam me last week....got the old "I really need to buy this for my daughter"  BS... jewelry and you really NEED to buy it...
Even had the balls to say he had been scammed before....must have scammed himself I guess.

I like to play with them..I call it "Scammer Fishing". I have them send me a cashiers check (which is always counterfeit) and when it comes it gets sealed in a baggie and taken to the USPS fraud division. Wear gloves and don't open the envelope. You'll get a lot of nasty threats from the perp as to where his goods are but that's about it and the info in the envelope is enough to get him/her a stay in the "gray bar hotel" if the USPS does its' job. Also be sure to include all correspondence with the creep.

Hes using a new number now he 3236389103 saids he wants to buy my wedding bamds for his daughter sent the money to my paypal account. never received it. Informed him no payment no rings not shipping them out with out payment. Hate when someone does that i have a nice set of wedding rings that are custom made. And only wanted 250. for them how dare him scam people. His daughter in georgia needed them asap

Same person sent me text messages for a watch I had on craigslist.  Wanted it shipped to his daughter in Ohio; then wanted it shipped to her friend in Nigeria.  Overpaid for shipping.  Googled him before I mailed it.  Thank goodness

We just got scammed by renedavid2012@gmail.com as well.  He was attempting to buy a Tacori wedding band "for his daughter" in Ohio.  Sent me text without even requesting a picture of the band...and that, per his text "shipping will be handled by me through my personal FedEx account, so you don't have to pay for shipment".

I too, got lots of text messages from this phone number as my husband was selling a Tablet with accessories on Craig's List. Said he lived in Collinsville, Tx. He wanted to buy it for his daughter in NJ and later said it was for his cousin in OK. Even sent me 2 text messages at 3:00 AM saying it wanted this taken care of ASAP. I turned off my cell phone and deleted all his messeages. I started getting suspicious at the urgency of taking care of sale.

This person wants to buy an item I have listed on CL and claims to live in Indianna and wants to ship the item to their daughter in California. They want me to ship the item to a PO Box under the name of Scott Tucker. Wanted me to ship the item out before the payment went through on Paypal and I refused. Do not fall prey to their tricks.

Yes,The fake David Robin is trying to pull the "daughter in California scam" on me as well.  They claimed to pay $800 extra for shipping of a Theator System that I am selling and sent me a fake pay pal email.

I received a txt message from this phone number about a craigslist posting I have for an item in Anchorage, AK. He said the same thing, he was located in Texas and wanted to send it to his daughter in Minneapolis.

Do not open any links on these emails. Forward them to spoof@paypal.com for confirmation that its a scam
